Customer has a pump floor irrigation system that requires electrician also has some live wires. We troubleshot irrigation system panel not having power.

Estimate to replace shower hot&cold stems and 3/4 pressure regulator valve pressure to house is reading at 125 psi,psi should be reading at 25 to 75 psi.
Estimate to installed 40 gallons natural gas water heater and 2 gallons expansion tank with 1 years warranty on parts and labor 6 years manufacturers warranty.
Installed lennox 80% 90k btus complete duel fuel system in attic up-flow 3 ton 14hpx filter rack. Brought vent up to code.
Pressure switch sticks got it to temporary reset, igniter is weak may fail, and gas line is not up to code.
Found thermostat faulty keeps changing temperature and reading low battery even with new batteries installed. Gave customer a quote to replace

Checked inside and outside home. Found no obvious leaks,but meter indicates a leak either underground or under the slab, his pipes come up under water heater in garage ranch state home no basement or crawl space. Customer needs to contact American leak locate to check slab for possible leak .
Air conditioner has a condensation leaking. supply plenum not sealed and cool air leaking inside wall which caused black spots on wall. Removed insulation from inside old coil housing wrapped with bubble wrap insulation for inside coil box.
Customer had second testator on zone system turned "OFF" .
Found system low of refrigerant r-22 owner wants quote to replace system scheduled.
Completed Furnace preventive maintenance.Devices and condensors need to return with helper to recheck low voltage wiring for downstairs system
Replaced filter checked heat ex changer venting burners.Safety heat check complete system operating properly
