Coming from a different HVAC provider, the transition to RS Andrews was dramatic. No air conditioning on a 98 degree day and a single call resulted in a service call and a FIX within a couple hours. I could get used to this!! Thanks to Michelle and Jeramy for helping us out.

Nicholas is an amazing young man! He impressed my husband and myself with his knowledge, patience and willingness to help us as much as possible. He was professional and friendly. He came on a Sunday with our emergency when the water wouldn’t shut off and our kitchen faucet was leaking with a healthy flow. Nicholas got us fixed up and even installed our new faucet! I wouldn’t call anyone else for plumbing and Nicholas informed us that their company also does HVAC! This company seems to pride itself in offering quality service with knowledgeable technicians. I called after hours because of a drip from our upstairs unit. A person called early the next day and scheduled a technician. Max did a great job in repairing our A/C unit upstairs in the attic, cleaning the pan and drip pipe. He was polite and knowledgeable. Your service and tech people are the best!! We do have a service contract and so worth it!

Jason continued to exceed our expectations during this follow-up visit to finish fixing a water leak after the mitigation drying out process. He was at our house at 8:00 am sharp and didn’t stop until after 1:00. We had running water around 10:30 and he wasn’t going to leave until he was confident that all aspects of any water leak were fixed. If I was still working I would hire Jason immediately. Nice guy, seemed a little inexperienced and I found out he’s been doing this work for less than a year. Can’t comment on his performance but, I would have appreciated a more experienced person for the initial review.

Definitely recommend. My a/c went out on a Saturday, they answered the phone right away and were at my home within 2 hours, and worked to fix the issue immediately. Max was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Price was fair. I had to order a new part and it came in within just a couple of business days and they installed it right away. No sales gimmicks.

Mike was very courteous and professional. He explained what his initial evaluation revealed and the plan going forward to solve the problem. He reaffirmed several times that the service performed was correct and solved the problem.

Professionalism all through the process. He took the time to explain what to look for with blockage within the home. Pleasant to work along side of him. Another day; Nathan ran camera and explained what is needing to be done. June 25th; descaling of the cast iron pipes. Three employees; professional and courteous. They took the time to show me the process of descaling of the pipe. I would recommend this company of any plumbing issues. Thank you and hats off to your emplyees.

They always very professional and keep my systems running! In this case, I had decided to replace a unit 6 months back that was very, very old. As happy as I was with everything, I was shocked when the compressor/condensor blew out on the new unit. No worries, it happened on a Friday afternoon late and of today,Tuesday @noon, I have a totally brand new 2-ton unit with all new warranty and everthing! the manufacturer sent an apology, as this is very very rare! Personable, knowledgeable , excellent work

Quick response, tricky plumbing fix Water has been puddling in the garage for a few days; supposing it might have been condensation, but the door beside began sticking. That wall has plumbing for hot water heater, main shutoff and guest bath. After exploratory gypsum board surgery eliminated prime suspects, wet insulation in wall above water heater suggested leak in very hot attic. About 4 hours total time from call to RS Andrews until job completed (replaced Tee fitting with pinhole leak), including an extra trip for expansion tank.

Max was prompt, efficient, and professional. He did the service and made a recommendation for a quick start generator for my unit to reduce both my electric bill as well as reduce the strain on my compressor. His explanation was sensible and I authorized him to do the additional work.

Marcus and team did an excellent job finding a problem with incorrectly installed (by builder) duct and finding a good solution to rework it. Working great now!

Jeramy Bond delivered! We had a power spike that shut down our heat pump (so, yeah, no a/c ugh). He thoroughly inspected every branch of the system, diagnosed the problem, and came back the next day to make the repair (needed a part not on hand). Dude was soaked in sweat and no complaints, just got the job done. We appreciate Jeramy and R.S. Andrews for their fair prices, prompt response, and high quality work. We now use them for our plumbing work as a result.

I had a gas leak that RS Andrews technican Dalton repaired and did a great job. And a plumbing issue with a number of technicians who were all great. Jason was exceptionally wonderful and went above and beyond. All the technicians were great, kept me informed, cleaned up afterwards. Price was a little high BUT they came back immediately when it needed more work and didn't charge again. You get what you pay for!!!

RS Andrews installed a Lennox 5 ton heat pump, new ducting, Pure Air filtration system, Ultra Violet air cleaner, new control system and 4 climate control zone thermostats. I dealt with Matthew and he and all his staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Do to the scope and detail of this project there were some issues however the HVAC install crew was able to remain focused and deliver a reliable, working system in which I am very pleased with. I will call on them again.

This company was the third one I had talked with about the exact same plumbing problem. Nathan listened, deduced how to correct the problem and then corrected the problem, testing everything and making sure that the issue was taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about this young man!

Michael came a couple weeks ago and fixed a clogged kitchen drain. Was able to come the same morning I called to request service. Had to come back two weeks later (today) after the drain was clogged again after accidentally putting potato peelings in the garbage disposal. Service was prompt and he was able to unclog the drain in no time. Would highly recommend.

I called for an appointment, and they were out the next day. They investigated and then explained the problem. They needed a special piece so they ran to get it, came back and fixed it. They were polite and efficient.

Company kept me advised of arrival time of plumber. Needed to replace outside hose bib, Had to cut drywall inside, discovered rotted plywood and discontinued until further repairs are made. Plumber cleaned up after himself and checked for any leaks after capping hose line.

Tray came at short notice and solved our problem very quickly. Very pleasant and efficient
