Furnished, wired, and installed an outlet over the fireplace for a tv. Performed panel maintenance and tightened all connections. Used the customers wood to screw back the Sheetrock that was cut. We are not responsible for patching and painting said Sheetrock.
We furnished, wired, and replaced the smoke detector by the master bedroom on the second floor. The existing one was not sending a signal out, as found out by the home inspector. We tested all smoke detectors and they all work as they should now. We furnished, wired, and installed a bond wire from the main disconnect at the meter, to the gas line. This is to bond the csst as per home inspector.
U/S AC. Found low in freon added 2# of freon with NO warranties. 2.5 ton trane up flow in attic from 1996 recommend replacing system due to age. AC is operating at this time 75 psig at 12*SH.
Removed obstruction from garbage disposal. Tested OK.
Repaired main water service in the ground after meter. Removed PVC 1 foot section and installed PEX pipe with approved adopters. Tested OK.
Opened ceiling where water was dripping through Sheetrock and cabinet to find 1/2 inch copper water pipe feed to toilet had a pin hole leak.Removed section of pipe from leak up to toilet with new shut off valve and supply for toilet. No obvious cause for the leak there was nothing rubbing or touching pipe in this spot.
Came out to inspect grounding system and main electrical panel in home. After inspection determined the grounding system is partially complete and not up to current code. Water system in home is bonded as well as hot and cold sides, ground rods were not installed properly. Installed 2 new ground rods with continuous line to main disconnect to complete grounding system. Inspection of electrical panel found no problems and working properly.

Did not find any trace of inordinate substance. we had unusual colder than normal weather. inside is non program Honeywell Tstat.
Unit not heating and making a loud noise.Found unit over heating due blower motor seizing up and blower motor wheel coming apart in very bad condition , Also a lot of build up in furnace burner assembly and heat exchanger compartment may cause combustion issues .Tried breaking free motor and tightened blower wheel hub loose/broken won't operate properly will cause over heating.suggested not to operate potential hazard and carbon monoxide detectors. Furnace is 30 years old Recommend upgrading left quote on repair options and upgrading (no guarantee parts available 30 years old).

Warranty call: The gas Furnace Comfort maker is not working Properly on Heat Mode Due to Bad Pressure Switch and Bad ignition module control. The heat mode is working on Short cycling. Due to Aged and conditions I recommend to replaced the gas Furnace ASAP. Note. Costumer is aware of the problems on the unit.
