replaced pressure reducing valve and set pressure to 65psi. old valve was fluctuating pressure. tested multiple fixtures at once and all ran well at the same time. rebuild toilet in the downstairs powder. replaced the flush valve, fill valve, supply line, flapper, tank to bowl gasket and bolts. set tank water level to proper height. tested multiple times with no leaks. looked at the other three toilets upstairs. the master toilet is in great shape. keep an eye on the other two toilets. the bolts are starting to show signs of age but are not leaking at this time.

For troubleshooting of loss of power at fountain, and receptacles that feed fountain. Restored power at both outlets near front of driveway. Replaced 2 bad GFI outlets and replaced both bubble covers. Cut the cord in fountain to pump to verify power in fountain. Power does go to fountain. Customer needs to get the fountain company to replace the pump in fountain, as well as restore the fountain lights to working order. Both cords were left unplugged at GFI outlets for safety reasons until repairs are made.

Tightened all connections in panel, checked for over heating, and general state of panel. Performed ground resistance test on home. Reading was 86.4 ohms, and it should be 25 or less.

We wired and install a customer provided chandelier in the foyer. We performed panel maintenance and tightened all connections. During panel maintenance, we found and fixed neutrals doubled up under the same lugs.

Furnished, wired, and installed an SO cord with a plug on it for the new press machine. Rewired motor for 480 volts as instructed. After unit did not fire up, troubleshot and found that the transformer needed to be rewired for 480 volts also. This was not told to us or the customer. Replaced the 3 amp glass fuses in the control board and they blow as soon as it is plugged in. Called tech support and they said they need to send a lower over current protection part. Customer will let us know what steps they will like us to take next.

We performed a home inspection since the home was hit by lightning. We checked from the attic to the basement. We found no issues. Everything works as it should. It is our belief from talking to the customer that the lightning came in through the low voltage wiring. We recommend customer gets surge protectors with low voltage hookup behind tvs and computers.

Tech returned to check freon level after unit gas thawed out and found out how bad the units were low on freon, an added 2lbs in each system. Also rinsed if condensers did not do chemical cleaning units are a little high on pressure but cools good.
