System not able to keep up do to being low on refrigerant. We have re-charged system and unit is now cooling properly. Charged up with 2 pounds of 410 A Puron. We rinsed off coil with water for better efficiency. Customer has purchased maintenance plan and we will continue to monitor system performance. If unit leaks again we may have to do a leak search. There is no warranty on refrigerant and if unit does have a leak we cannot guarantee how long it will cool properly. When we do the maintenance visits we can determine if unit needs additional work. Customer has replaced his own filter 1-20x20x1. Today's refrigerant pressures. Low= 160 High= 250 Super heat= 10' Subcool= 12' System temperature differential is 19 degrees within specs.
