Coming from a different HVAC provider, the transition to RS Andrews was dramatic. No air conditioning on a 98 degree day and a single call resulted in a service call and a FIX within a couple hours. I could get used to this!! Thanks to Michelle and Jeramy for helping us out.

Nicholas is an amazing young man! He impressed my husband and myself with his knowledge, patience and willingness to help us as much as possible. He was professional and friendly. He came on a Sunday with our emergency when the water wouldn’t shut off and our kitchen faucet was leaking with a healthy flow. Nicholas got us fixed up and even installed our new faucet! I wouldn’t call anyone else for plumbing and Nicholas informed us that their company also does HVAC! This company seems to pride itself in offering quality service with knowledgeable technicians. Periodic leak in master bathroom toilet. Problem not solved. Water tank broken. Problem still not solved, but Dalton did a very thorough job of analysis and explaining what must be done to solve the problem.

Techs are amazing, Jason is a master class plumber. Customer service too. Fast reliable one of the best in the area. BUT, you pay for it. Service rates are high.
