Possible Water leak at the back of the house near the outside faucet .Robert came to check the Water Meter & the Water Heater inside the Garage & everything checked out okay . Sean Buie was superb. He appeared knowledgeable and shared what he found with me in terms I can understand. He was emotionally intelligent. We hope he is assigned to us again! Sean was back to install an igniter that he had to order on his first visit (he doesn’t routinely carry this necessary part in his truck). We talked not only about the heating system, but also about his future. He has superb potential—he’s organized, logical, articulate, focused on quality, and sensitive to the customer’s preferences.

I had a wonderful experience when RS Andrews crew came to do a total hvac duct cleaning. It was included as part of my purchase package of a new hvac system. They arrived exactly on time, instantly started the work, efficiently and quickly. Everything they were doing was explained to me beforehand and when the job was finished they vacuumed and left the place cleaner than when they found it. I strongly recommend RS Andrews to everyone. Great staff too!
