Jon did a great job of replacing my hot water heater! My hot water tank is located in a closet at the end of a hallway, leaving very little room to work around. Jon was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of this job, and his workmanship and dedication to his profession was very admirable. My rating is based on the excellent service that Jonathan did in installing my new furnace fan. After the part arrived, the call center tried to schedule me as a regular customer calling in.
