Our plumber, Jamie, arrived early and was friendly and knowledgable. We called him for a loose kitchen faucet, but while fixing that he found our disposal was loose and most importantly that the dishwasher drain line was about to come off! We'd just gone through an expensive and inconvenient 'water event' which would have been duplicated had he not been so thorough. This is our second experience with RS Andrews and both were superb!
