Mohamed, was very professional and patient while I explained my complicated situation. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each one. After assessing the situation he advised me of what repairs were needed and promised to send me an estimate for the repairs. I will get 2 more estimates before move forward with the repairs. I paid $99 for the service call and estimate.
