April 21, 2026: Well, R.S. Andrews came to my rescue again. This time I needed the water supply lines to 2 of my toilets replaced as per my homeowners insurance company. Loren, the RS Andrews plumber, was able to replace both lines with only a slight hiccup in one of the lines. He did an excellent job and detailed everything in my receipt so that I could forward my receipt to the insurance company. Loren was awesome. Thank you RS Andrews for saving the day….again. February 2026: Will Macon was totally awesome! I’m a caregiver for my 89 year old mother who just came out of the hospital on Sunday. Our furnace went out on Tuesday. I called R. S. Andrews on Tuesday. Will was at our home on Wednesday morning. He examined our system and got us a GREAT DEAL on a new furnace and AC. It was awesome. The new system was installed on Thursday. By Thursday afternoon we had heat from a NEW FURNACE. Thank you Will and thank you R. S. Andrews for all that you do. You may have saved a life. Thank you!!!! Alane L. Sullivan

After having a couple other companies look at our plumbing and tell us they "couldn't" fix our problem (we have a mixture of stainless steel & cooper pipes; virtually unheard of for residential!), we tried R.S. Andrews. Their attitude from the start was "How can we help" and they found a solution! Not only did they solve that problem, but we've used them for all plumbing and HVAC needs since because the folks provide great service at a fair price!

Robert gave me a lot of the background behind what he was examining and testing. I learned a lot.

All the Techs that R S Andrews has sent were very courteous and professional. All details for the repairs were explained along with any follow up visits. Any costs were explained before the Techs came out. I would recommend R S Andrews to anyone who needs home repair.

Brian Turner, technician, and his assistant did an excellent job of diagnosing a gas leak at my water heater and redesigning a more efficient setup and replacing the water heater. It was a huge all day job and they worked tirelessly to make sure things were improved and safe. He was excellent at explaining every step and the reason for the changes. He also repaired other small issues in tub and outdoor faucets.

Mohammed (Mo) was great! Knowledgable, which all their techs seem to be). And respectful and polite above others (which they are all). But he stands out!

Colin did an AMAZING job for us today. He was early, efficient and professional.

Luis was excellent. He always services our units. He pays close attention to details, and he is very thorough. Luis is amazing.
