Had a water bill 3 times normal. Rich spent 2 hours trying to access sources of leak. Identified the biggest culprit—outside our house and possible one inside. Was very thorough and professional. Came within 2 hours of me scheduling the appt. Would recommend RS without hesitation.

Beyond and Tech, Arrived at my home took their time did thorough inspection on my air conditioning unit, sadly to say , findings were disappointing, was informed I need a unit replacement. I was happy because RS Andrew's, diagnosed it, and I Trust their judgment. Qualified and Professional Customer Service. Just have to get Qualified for their program to get it Replaced.
