Travon was very knowledgeable and professional. The company however needs more cohesion between electrican, plumber and the timely process of providing estimates. It's been over two weeks now and I still do not have a comprehensive quote for HVAC system installation with gas furnace. Competitors have been able to give me a quote upon initial consultation.

I had a ground fault circuit which would not reset after a fault. David replaced a bad outlet and it is fine now. He also performed a complimentary inspection on our electric panel.

Will Macon was totally awesome! I’m a caregiver for my 89 year old mother who just came out of the hospital on Sunday. Our furnace went out on Tuesday. I called R. S. Andrews on Tuesday. Will was at our home on Wednesday morning. He examined our system and got us a GREAT DEAL on a new furnace and AC. It was awesome. The new system was installed on Thursday. David Stitt did a fantastic job installing a tankless reverse osmosis system for me. He arrived early in the time window, which was greatly appreciated. I did have some concerns whether the RO system would fit under my farm sink, but David assessed the situation and came up with a plan that led to a successful installation.
