The guys from RS Andrews texted courteously to give us a precise arrival time. They were right on time. They worked for nearly 12 hours replacing two old AC units that had died. The temperature in the attic where one unit sits was almost 120 degrees, but they hardly paused for lunch. They were polite and they left our house and driveway in the same condition they found it. I would happily use them again.

Elliott F. was very helpful and thorough. All of the technicians have been great, but Elliott has been especially helpful. They do a good job of arriving reasonably on time, and are careful to document everything associated with our 2 systems. Elliott recently took a number of photos to show the ageing of our heat exchanger.

Blake Crosby was my technician and he was great! He was on time, friendly, and very thorough with what he was going to do. I had a previous visit with another technician that made me regret hiring this company but Blake definitely changed my opinion. He’s definitely an asset to the company.

Jonte is knowledgeable, professional, and just a nice guy. He fixed my problem in less than half an hour and suggested a couple of things I can do to prevent recurrence. Great service! Thank you!

James did a great job. He was professional, inspected for any issues, found a possible issue, gave the quote, and was able to eliminate claims made by a recent home inspector. Good visit. The company also called me on the arrival time. The customer service interactions with the rep on the phone was very professional and timely as well.

RS Andrews has surpassed my expectations. They've serviced my hvac system for years and have always been kind and professional. They recently installed a new system and impressed me yet again. We got a fair quote from them and they quickly got us on the schedule for the new install. The guys who came out to do the job, Adolfo, Elmer, and Kevin were all knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. They were happy to answer any questions I had and they worked very hard on a hot day stuck up in the attic. Thank you for your great service!

Thank goodness we called RS Andrews to have someone come and look at our refrigerator leak. It was more than just replacing the water hose on our refrigerator; a new hole needed to be drilled into the floor. We are seniors and some things are best left to the pros. RS Andrews responded within a few hours. Kyle is very friendly and thorough and he fixed the problem quickly.

I was worked into David’s schedule today. He understood exactly what I needed done and did my electrical repairs with no problem. He was very thorough and patiently answered any question I asked him. He did a wonderful job.

I called 2 other companies before RS Andrews and they were the only ones able to come out the same day to fix my leak. The tech was wonderful and the service was impeccable! I highly recommend them.
