Teyon is doing a great job for me. We have had several issues to deal with and he always explains what is needed and why. My HVAC has had to have several parts replaced and he has checked out every repair after it has been made.

An unbelievably great company! It’s rare these days to have an actual person answer the phone at any company because of AI. All of my interactions with RSA team members have been exceptional—from the sales person to the technicians, most recently, Colin and Waqas. Neil Johnson is the very best. He is courteous, efficient, thorough, an excellent communicator. Neil did a wonderful job in restoring my Rennai Tankless Water Heater, taking it apart, cleaning all of its elements and flushing the unit. He also advised that I think about upgrading to a new Rennai System within the next year or so, since this one is about 21 years old. Thank you Neil !!
