Pau Sum did an outstanding job at my home. He installed three faucets, two toilets, a new shower head, and new shower faucets, and everything was done perfectly. Pau was extremely professional, kind, and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and working well before he left. It’s not always easy to find someone who does excellent work and is also such a genuinely pleasant person. I highly recommend Pau Sum and RS Andrews Plumbing.

Absolutely amazing experience with Raymond from RS Andrews. He was incredibly professional and kind and was very transparent with information both good and bad. When he left, I felt empowered with the right information to make the right decisions without feeling like I was “sold” anything. I’ve not had any actual services done yet, but as far as sales professionals go, I would absolutely have him back for other quotes.
