I believe my present unit is approximately 16 years old and perhaps sometime in the near future best think about replacing the unit altogether. My water bill (Atlanta Watershed) escalated from $61 to $600! I needed a registered plumber to check our property for any leaks. Charlie arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He checked everything and wrote a detailed report for me to show the water company. Looks like Atlanta Watershed had just upped my water bill on their own! I have found out they are not required to visit your home to read the meeter OR let you know when they might come to check for leaks OR even knock on the door if they do visit in person. So. I can use the documentation from RS Andrews /Charlie to fight the water company. Ya’ll check your water bills, especially if you are on autopay. We’ve used RS Andrews for several big jobs in the past - even replaced water lines to the street. Service is always good.

Chris/RS Andrews was great! Called at 7:30 PM and Chris was here at 9:30 AM the next morning. Very knowledgeable. solved the leak I had, and traced to a faulty PRV. Replaced the pressure valve and everything was back to normal! During the process, I decided to also replace my 12 year old water heater. Both jobs went very smooth. Chris and Trent were great, and even taught me a lot about my plumbing system in general, and how to best maintain it!

Jerald was wonderful..he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but he did a great job diagnosing the problem. Need a new garage refrigerator 🙁
