Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with any home service technician. He didn’t know it but another company came the day prior to assess my air conditioning system and told me the entire system needed replacing and would cost over $14k (saying the entire blower motor and blower fan were shot and the control panel doesn’t work any more). Terrell came in, located the actual problem, a faulty capacitor, and had the system running within minutes for THOUSANDS less than I was being asked for the day prior. His honesty and integrity have instantly made me a life long customer. He’s amazing.

L. Raymond came out to inspect my furnace. He explained in detail what he was scheduled to do. Once the inspection was completed. He walked me through the process of what was needed. Andrew was very thorough during my furnace inspection and second opinion. He gave an excellent explanation of how serious the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning could be and informed me that he had disconnected my gas line for safety. The last company failed to disconnect the gas and told me they couldn’t advise me not to use my furnace, which was alarming. I’ll be using this company for all my HVAC needs from now on.

The technician, Anthony French, was well trained. He was detail oriented when explaining the work needing to be done to my furnace. I have always received great maintenance and service from R.S. Andrews. I've been a customer of theirs for over 25 years.

Dispatch had a plumber out the next day, inside the time window they provided, and with a call to say our Plumber James R. Jr was 30 minutes away. James was an extremely knowledgeable professional. He explained everything he did clearly so I could understand my options and his professional point of view. We worked through several plumbing issues in my home and it was obvious James enjoyed and took pride in his work. I am very happy with the work I am very confident it was done right. 10/10 would recommend.

David listened to my concerns and addressed or advised on each. He took the time to explain the problems and solutions in lay terms.

Drew came out at 8:30PM when it was discovered my HVAC wasn't working following some other work performed earlier in the day by another technician. He identified the neutral wire coming from the breaker was out of wire nut, and worked the wiring so everything was connected properly, explaining to me the problem and resolution. He tested the system to make sure both cooling and heating worked, something the previous technican did not do, before leaving. Drew is an outstanding professional and a huge asset to RS Andrews!

Contacted them to have my LED ceiling kitchen lights. They made an appointment in a few days. The electrician showed up on time. Their electrician did an excellent job. We had one bad light and decided to replace all 8 lights. He took time to adjust the lights to a tone that my wife liked.

Raymond came out to work up an estimate for HVAC replacement. He gave us pros and cons for different systems and crawled around under the house to measure our current system. Raymond was very knowledgeable about all HVAC variations and explained other services offered by RS Andrews that we asked about.

I suspected a shower leak because of dampness in the next door room. Bryan and his trainee Manley were thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Before cutting into the wallboard, they took pains to rule out other possible causes such as nearby plumbing and even going into the attic above the bathroom to look for roof leaks. I was very happy with the experience.
