Lang wasn't able to arrive until 6:30pm as I had requested an undefined window. At first he couldn't find anything wrong with our brand new Lennox Elite compressor or unit. But it's as if he took it as a personal attack. Lang worked past 7pm, in a rainstorm, to discover two faulty coils in the compressor. Once he found the issue, it was repaired in minutes. I would highly recommend this tech.

The service tech, Waqas Shafqat, from RS Andrews performed winter system maintenance on our two HVAC units. We received a courtesy call about 30 minutes before he was due to arrive and he got here right on time. After a brief review about what to expect today, he got right to work. He was careful to put on shoe covers so as to not track in any mud or grass and checked the electrical portion of our downstairs unit. He also cleaned the thermo whatever it is that determines when to turn on and off the blower. He set the thermostat to a very warm temperature and let the furnace run. He then went to the upstairs unit and repeated the process. By the time he had finished with the electronics upstairs, he was able to return to the downstairs unit and determine that it was heating properly. When he had finished and closed up the downstairs unit, he was able to check that the upstairs was heating properly too. I followed along with him through the entire visit. While I may not know the names of all of the parts, I have seen enough of these visits to know that he checked everything and did all of what was expected very well. This is the second time that Waqas has been here. I was pleased to see that he was going to be performing our maintenance check today and would highly recommend him for any HVAC maintenance, service or inspection.

He was accurate and honest in his inspection of our problem and explained in detail what needs to be done to correct the issues. We appreciate honesty when spending our hard earned money.

Had water pressure regulator and expansion tank replaced. Brians work was was quick and clean. And he was honest about potential further work that might be necessary to deal with pinhole leaks.

We worked with RS Andrews for the first time today. Friday evening we found a leak on our side of the water meter. We called RS Andrews at 7am Saturday morning. Robert was here by 2. I’ve used R.S. Andrews for a couple years now and have their maintenance plan. Reasonably priced, proactive appointment setting twice a year for furnace prep and AC prep, and you get prioritized service which is a bonus. Their technicians are always kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. They never oversell and always make good recommendations and provide options for when you have specific repair needs. I’ve yet to have a bad experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Crew lead by Kadonna and Chris installed two AC’s and two new furnaces within a day. The two furnaces were located on separate floors. Care was taken to protect our carpet and floors. Technicians took there time to explain how they charged the AC’s, used nitrogen to clear clog condensation lines. Following installations, they demonstrated what was done, maintenance of furnaces, and operation of newly installed thermostats.

We had a new Lennox HVAC system installed in our home. The RS Andrews sales team, technicians and service staff were super...patient and kind. I can't say enough about the technicians. Victor's name was not listed on the initial site to leave a review. I'm not sure why. He was very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. The 5 stars is for our experience with him. Unfortunately for us, the diagnosis is a shot compressor, which meant we have to be handed off to someone else. While we were shocked and surprised to get a same day visit on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, Victor called in our request for the next step. Despite the information that we have someone in the house with a medical condition that will out her in the hospital should she get overheated, I am sitting here at 10:10 at night not having heard from anyone. I understand that it is a holiday weekend, but we were kind of left thinking that it would not take long for us to hear from someone - even if only to schedule the next step - so that was kind of a bummer. Nonetheless, I am still quite pleased with the lady who took my call this morning, the fact that we were even able to reach someone on a holiday weekend, that we got a same day visit on a holiday weekend, and our experience with Victor - and that counts for a lot despite the less-than-ideal ending to today's story.

My water heater broke unexpectedly and I called RS Andrews for a quote. Due to some faulty valves in the house I had to turn the water off at the street. Their plumber, Eric Sanchez, came as soon as possible and stayed until the job was done even though it was well after working hours on a holiday weekend. The price was very reasonable. Will definitely recommend this company in the future. Eric, thank you for working late to get the water back on for my family!

"Our technician(Charlie McQueen III),was a lifesaver! We had a confusing A107 error code on our new Rheem hybrid water heater after it was installed because the leak sensor got wet. Charlie diagnosed the issue immediately, and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained how the system works and what we needed to do to get the sensor completely dry. Thanks to his help, we were able to clear the error code and get our unit running perfectly. Highly recommend!

Smelled a slight gas leak and repairman Ivan Medina performed leak search on gas line connected and discovered leak at the flare on flex line. He replaced flex gas line and rechecked for gas leak. Had a tremendous experience with RS Andrews and Keyshawn J. We had another company out to check a problem after a leak and they reported back "nothing wrong except your system is old and needs a replacement". Then 24 hours later the system stopped working. Called RS Andrews...they sent Keyshawn the same day...then he proceeded to not only diagnose & fix the problem, but assured us our unit still has a little life left. AND RS Andrews didn't even charge us for the visit because they have a "free second opinion" policy. Will definitely be contacting RS Andrews when it's time for a new system. Appreciate the great service and Keyshawn was helpful, polite, explained everything in detail & earned our trust.

RS Andrews sent their HVAC Technician Jonathan Balom who did an amazing job of serving our A/C unit that was blowing hot air on short notice. He replaced the worn out capacitor with a new one, so we didn't have to replace our old A/C unit. RS Andrews is a trustworthy company that I would recommend for Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical issues. Thank God I heard about these guys from the radio ads because what they say delivering smiles is true. They definitely delivered a smile for us.

My home is 15months old. Built May 2024. I had issues with my air beginning June 2025. All maintenance was up to date. Called the original company that installed my HVAC system. 5 visits later still wasn’t fixed. They just kept “trying” things. My system froze again this time causing a water leak. Terrell T came out and asked questions and did adequate troubleshooting and within 30 minutes my air was cooling. He even followed up with me to make sure we were still good! Will definitely use them again.

This was our first experience with RS Andrews, and it was positive across the board. Scheduling was easy, communication was perfect, and the work done was top-notch, The tech (Terry Winfrey) arrived when promised and he obviously knew what he was doing. He found a 44-year-old A/C unit with several issues and repaired them all. Plus, he is a nice person who was easy to talk with. I am very pleased with my interaction with R.S. Andrews would use them again and recommend them highly to anyone. We just had another visit from R.S. Andrews, and it was yet again a very positive encounter. The tech, Calvin Russell, showed up on time and fully prepared for the job. Mr. Russell was friendly, professional and easy to talk to. He performed all needed work with skill and expertise. Especially remarkable was that he did not at all mind answering any questions and explained technical details in an easily understood manner. As a homeowner, I really appreciated that. Calvin Russell is an outstanding representative for R.S. Andrews, and we would not hesitate to have him work on our HVAC again.

Luis showed up on time and was very professional. He did a thorough job in an efficient manner. I would definitely work with them again and glad I have a maintenance agreement with RS Andrews.

My 87 year old mom’s 23 year old AC went out on a 95 degree day. I called RS Andrews at 7 AM. Repairman was onsite by lunchtime. The system was beyond repair. Sales rep was onsite before 5 PM. New Lenox system purchased by 6 PM. Installers and electrician onsite the next morning and project complete before 1 PM. Just WOW! Thanks RS Andrews.

First time using RS Andrews and Pau Sum was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely informative, sent pictures and videos of his work, and tested everything before leaving to make sure it was working properly with no leaks. I will be using them much more in the future!

Upon coming home from a short trip on a Sunday we discovered that our AC was down. RS Andrews was able to send out a technician by mid-day Monday (during a heat wave). Anthony French was able to troubleshoot the problem and make the repair onsite. He was very pleasant, efficient & professional, and answered my many questions. He took the necessary time to help me understand the repair proposed and costs involved. Excellent job!

RS Andrews keeps my home systems working...waking up and finding a large pool of water on your kitchen floor can be frustrating! However, I called RS Andrews and they had an opening at that time...James Mays arrived 45 mins later replaced a faulty faucet and within the hour everything was back up and running smoothly! Excellent service from technician Waqas. Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Everything you’d want! Completely satisfied! Plumber Zeke has been here twice. A third and possibly fourth visit are expected. First was an emergency response to a leak- he determined that the issue was HVAC rather than plumbing. For today’s visit he removed the water heater-necessary so that the HVAC installation team can put in a new system tomorrow. As before he was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and effective. He made it look easy. Having assisted with this unit’s installation I’m fully aware that it’s far, far from easy. I expect that the subsequent new water heater installation will be of equally high caliber.

I contacted RD Andrews to inquire about getting the attic above my garage insulated. Terry Taylor was assigned and he come to my place and gave me a very thorough opinion of the need and what I might consider. By the time he was ready to leave, I had decided that I would definitely move forward with the work as we discussed. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the work could be done the following day and that Terry would be the installer. As promised, the next day Terry and his associate arrived when promised and within 2.5 hours, the work and all associated cleanup was complete. He provided me with photos of the "before and after". Terrific work! I am very happy with all that was done. You can bet that future need will be offered to RS Andrews. The photos are before and after.

Had a couple of small punch list items from a Home Inspection we needed to complete before Closing. Contacted R S Andrews on phone and their Call Center (Alison) was so helpful. Set an appointment for the next morning Received a super nice call (Ashley), first thing, to check all was still okay for the Electrician to come. Electrician arrived on time (Travon Jackson). He was extremely professional and friendly. Provided a quote for all work, and as it was acceptable, he did the work right away. In and out in 30 mins. A great experience and one I would recommend to people looking for fast, efficient, professional service for any electrical job. Travon had a ceiling fan replacement and a bathroom fan to fit later that day to give an idea of the breadth of jobs they are able to accommodate.

I had somewhat of an emergency with a leaking garbage disposal at 10:00 pm on a Sunday night, I knew I had to have a plumber first thing Monday morning. So, I got on the computer trying to find someone. I called R.S. Andrews and was able to talk with their emergency night person. We decided that I could wait until Monday morning, and she would have some call me first thing. I was very happy at how fast they were able to send someone. Brennan Pilson arrived at about noon Monday. He was able to replace the disposal in about an hour. He was very courteous and respectful. I am very pleased with his work.
