RS Andrews has always been very responsive and the service representatives are very knowledgeable when they come to my home for the bi-annual service visits. Today was no exception! I was very impressed with our technician today. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with.

Calvin is very professional and answered all my questions. And explained what repairs he was doing and why.

The technician did a great job and was very through. Always impressed with RS Andrews. Pau Sum did a great job. And he worked til 1:00am.

David Rosati was very professional and checked out our new heat pump. He added vibration dampers to help with the noise the system was making and then proceeded to make sure it was working well. This was very much appreciated as we have been experiencing temperatures as low a 8 degrees. I'm always happy when David comes to service our HVAC. Terrell Thomas was very thorough and professional. i was very pleased with his service. He checked out both heat pumps and the three zones in my house and assured me all was working properly, a necessity with 24 degree weather. Both David Rosati and Amber Magnus were exceptional! Amber Magnus was very professional and quite helpful and knowledgeable! David was very thorough and did a great job as usual for R.S. Andrews employees. David explained everything he was doing and I enjoyed the time he spent explaining everything. Terrell did a great job and explained all he was doing and why the capacitor needed to be replaced. i was very happy with him. Nick Husley did a very thorough job. He was prompt, friendly, and answered all questions wel. Nikia was very thorough in checking out the AC system. I feel he was extremely honest in pointing out future repairs that may be needed. Nakia again was very thorough checking out the heating system. Ivan Medina was prompt and thorough in maintaining the AC system. He explained what he was doing and why some part needed to be replaced. He showed me the readings of the failing parts and the readings on the replacement parts.

Robert H was quick with his problem solving and resolution after my pipes burst after freezing. He was also very kind to share with me his supervisor's information in the event that I need to follow up for expert testimony due to irresponsible development on my home and in the neighborhood. Really appreciated Robert's help and understanding of the stressful situation. The cost was the cost although I wish it was lower I needed this emergency resolved.

Waqas was extremely helpful in providing solutions for some heating issues. He is very knowledgeable and provided clear explanations to my questions.

I had a water leak by a basement toilet with water leaking into garage. Chris diagnosed that I had a clogged main line.He fixed the problem 90 mins! Very happy problem is solved!

Same day service for a very old ruptured tank. New tank installed and is much better than the one that came with our house. Service tech was quick, efficient and friendly.

RS Andrews is an Atlanta institution and continues to be an excellent service.provider. After our kitchen sink clogged, two handymen failed to show up. On the 6th day I called RS Andrews and they arrived promptly the next morning. The gentleman arrived worked diligently, explaining to me, each step of his work, and what he had found, discovered that he needed a additional tool, and instead of leaving, he called another Service technician to bring the tool and join him. The sink clog was severe, and the two of them worked for several hours, until it was finally resolved. Both young men were pleasant, manly, did not speak on their cell phone and a loud voice while they were in the house, they were intrusive. They were considerate of me when I was on the phone and most importantly, they did not abandon the job because they needed another tool. I believe that they will both be fine businessman, and they were wonderful in their performance. I would not hesitate to use them again. My husband had scheduled the handyman, thinking it would be less expensive. Lesson I wish I had learned in my teenage years instead of in my 30s is that one is merely Pennywise and pound foolish to Attempt To Find inexpensive labor or paint offense when time is precious and in the end, you spend more trying to get the work done, buying the materials, etc. RS Andrews is a good value. Time is all that we have, once spent it can never be recovered. The real cost of services is time, dollars, solutions and whether the work lasts.

Update Friday 01/23/26: After going with Paul’s recommendation to replace 2 parts above the water heater tank, it seems like it is not leaking anymore in the drip pan! Gave it 24hours to see if the pan was dry, and it is! Greatful for Paul’s expertise and saving us $$$ to not replace the entire unit yet. We will monitor it for another few days. Thanks again, Paul! Paul was very knowledgeable and gave his expert advice on our water heater issue. We are going with his recommendation to replace 2 parts instead of the whole water heater. I am confident that he is right. Thanks Paul and see you in the morning for completion!

For further assistance he referred us to a company who specializes in water damage repair etc. Chris followed up with a phone call to inquire how we were progressing with our problem. I have had a problem with my hot water for years. I was using a different plumber and they could never figure out what the problem was. Michael Waters from RS Andrews showed up, took one look, and figured out that one of the check valves on my water heater was installed in the wrong direction, causing cold water to mix with the hot. He also noticed that the thermal expansion tank was mounted horizontally instead of vertically. Michael fixed the check valve, remounted the thermal expansion tank, replaced several "handle" valves with ball valves, and basically re-piped all connections. In addition, he assisted the RS Andrews HVAC installation team in trouble-shooting an issue with the heating on my new AquaTherm system. He also came back the next day at no charge to fix a blockage in the kitchen faucet caused by some debris from a PVC pipe that got in the line from the previous day's work. Michael is head and shoulders above any plumber I have ever used, and RS Andrews now has a new customer.

Took his time to troubleshoot my problem and gave me steps to take before I spend money on unneeded repairs.

I want to extend a huge compliment to RS Andrews for immediately arriving at my condo following to repair request. Luis installed a (really $$$) thermostat a few weeks ago and now I have a rattle behind it when the fan comes on. Today Luis listened to the rattle and we discovered it was the metallic frame of a picture I had next to the thermostat. We removed the picture and sure enough the rattle stopped. I am personally a professional with 2 Masters Degrees and I am somewhat mechanically inclined. How embarrassing? The education did not contribute to simple logic and Luis proved it. He was here for 10 minutes and then was out the door with a huge smile. I sincerely appreciate Drew for sending Luis out so quickly. Luis deserves a huge reward for exercising his professional mannerism and simple problem solving skills. Thank you sir!

Everyone I have dealt with has exceeded my expectations. I have had electrical, hvac and plumbing work done. They always explain things thoroughly without talking down to me, they are respectful and they always go over the costs before starting. Oh and they are always fast, typically they come out the day after I call. I am relieved to have found such a decent company.

Yes, Loren Palmer from RS Andrews – Atlanta did an excellent job. RS Andrews was able to add me to their schedule, and Loren arrived late afternoon and got to work immediately. He took the time to listen carefully to what I was experiencing and explained each step as he went along. Loren first attempted to clear the sewer line using a sewer machine. When that approach didn’t fully resolve the issue, he did not rush to worst-case assumptions or try to upsell an unnecessary full line replacement. Instead, he thoughtfully recommended the next logical step: using a jetter followed by a camera to accurately pinpoint the source of the problem. Unfortunately, a jetter was not readily available through RS Andrews at that time. However, by this point, Loren had fully earned my trust through his honesty, professionalism, and clear expertise. I did end up using another company to complete the work, and Loren was exactly right—a jetter was used, a camera identified the issue, and the problem was located and addressed in under an hour. I truly appreciate Loren’s integrity, diagnostic skills, and customer-focused approach. Even though RS Andrews couldn’t complete the final step due to equipment availability, Loren’s guidance saved me time, stress, and potentially unnecessary expense. I would absolutely recommend Loren Palmer to anyone needing sewer or plumbing assistance.

Andrews Technicians Luke & (Amir, who was in training) were absolutely great. Luke called me as Nick told me he would. They were prompt, courteous, and presented well. No problem when I mention to wear shoe covering (booties). They checked out all they were looking for to start and complete job. Luke is a great, skilled, and to the point guy. Amir listened, took notice to what Luke requested of him, so the process was thoroughly done right. Luke did not mind me asking questions and answered extremely well. He made me aware of a possible hazard he came upon in the chimney. He was able to relay information over the phone to homeowner, Mr. C., who was on his way home. He also told Mr. C. he had tightened a loose wire on wall by dryer. We thanked them both. We were/are pleased with R. S. Andrews service and we will definitely refer them to others. They arrive on time and complete the work expeditiously. They make suggestions for improvement and alternatives. In an ocean environment, we are especially happy with their performance.

We called RS Andrew’s for a second opinion as the first HVAC company told me we have to replace the split a/c unit as the cost of repair vs the new unit is almost the same. Luis came and indicated the issue reported by the first HBAC company was not even an issue. He looked into the circuit board and thought it might have gone bad, but once he did some reset, everything was working as expected. Super impressed and will not hesitate to hire this company for any of my hvac needs.

Plumber came by to give an estimate for a new water heater. He took a look at the existing equipment and said that it's still in good condition and wouldn't need replacement yet, but gave me an estimate anyway. Very honest and professional.
