Our electronic thermostat was not working and I could not figure out how to get it back to control screen. Tim Golden was here less than 10 minutes and had reset the thermostat and we are back to working thermostat

R.S. Andrews 10 year warranty on my sewer line repair proved they go way above and beyond to correct a problem caused by one of their employees. It's too long a story. Readers Digest version. We had a major Sewer line line repair done in 2022. It stopped working correctly and we had to have the line redone and added 2 additional components to finally make it work correctly. it took 4/5 weeks to get it fully corrected and repaired but we are now good for the next 50 years. RS Andrews is a totally trustworthy and extremely honorable company and they 100% per cent warranty their jobs for 10 years. I can highly recommend them for both major and minor jobs.
