I was very pleased with the work Gary and another plumber did to fix my bathroom faucet. Both plumbers were very informative, clean, and polite. I certainly will use them again.

Blake responded ahead of a deep February cold spell. He was personable, knowledgeable and responsive. Unfortunately R S Andrews does not repair Bryant Furnaces that are 55 years old like mine. Blake did agree to inspect the unit and attempt to identify issues. After our joint inspection he said he concurred with my efforts to maintain and keep the furnace running, said he thought it would be safe to operate under careful surveillance, but he recommended replacement. I scheduled a date to prepare an written estimate.
