Had Mohammed come out and look at my faulty AC and he suggested an upgrade because according to him, in the long term I'd end spending more money. He was so knowledgeable and professional about, it totally didn't feel like an upsell and what the hell, what with global warming and all I figured why not. Mohammed did the job fast and well, glad to have him service me. Great, totally recommend, even my cat likes the guy, what more can I say

Travon was more than very helpful for us. He was really pleasant and was eager to help with a variety of issues we had. He worked effectively and in a timely way.

The service was top tier as always. All three of the gentlemen that came out to service my system (Colin French), sales (Ladarian Raymond) and installation (Carlos Perry) were all very knowledgeable about the equipment. They had excellent customer service and were thorough in their explanation of the systems. The company returns your calls and set appointments in a timely manner. I have used them in the past and they have always delivered the same outstanding service.

Ivan is a wonderful representative for R.S.Andrews. He did an exceptional job, was polite and professional.

My technician was Aiden Payne. He was professional, honest and did an excellent job. He is truly an asset to RS Andrews. It is so refreshing to find someone courteous, competent and trustworthy.

April 21, 2026: Well, R.S. Andrews came to my rescue again. This time I needed the water supply lines to 2 of my toilets replaced as per my homeowners insurance company. Loren, the RS Andrews plumber, was able to replace both lines with only a slight hiccup in one of the lines. He did an excellent job and detailed everything in my receipt so that I could forward my receipt to the insurance company. Loren was awesome. Thank you RS Andrews for saving the day….again. February 2026: Will Macon was totally awesome! I’m a caregiver for my 89 year old mother who just came out of the hospital on Sunday. Our furnace went out on Tuesday. I called R. S. Andrews on Tuesday. Will was at our home on Wednesday morning. He examined our system and got us a GREAT DEAL on a new furnace and AC. It was awesome. The new system was installed on Thursday. By Thursday afternoon we had heat from a NEW FURNACE. Thank you Will and thank you R. S. Andrews for all that you do. You may have saved a life. Thank you!!!! Alane L. Sullivan

I have 3 old units and Ivan has done a great job keeping them running until we can replace them!

After having a couple other companies look at our plumbing and tell us they "couldn't" fix our problem (we have a mixture of stainless steel & cooper pipes; virtually unheard of for residential!), we tried R.S. Andrews. Their attitude from the start was "How can we help" and they found a solution! Not only did they solve that problem, but we've used them for all plumbing and HVAC needs since because the folks provide great service at a fair price!

Robert gave me a lot of the background behind what he was examining and testing. I learned a lot.

Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Completed work within stated time.

Nick was solid: knows his stuff, doesn't cut corners, helpful in describing issues, potential costs, and common sense decision-making.

All the Techs that R S Andrews has sent were very courteous and professional. All details for the repairs were explained along with any follow up visits. Any costs were explained before the Techs came out. I would recommend R S Andrews to anyone who needs home repair.

Brian Turner, technician, and his assistant did an excellent job of diagnosing a gas leak at my water heater and redesigning a more efficient setup and replacing the water heater. It was a huge all day job and they worked tirelessly to make sure things were improved and safe. He was excellent at explaining every step and the reason for the changes. He also repaired other small issues in tub and outdoor faucets.

Mohammed (Mo) was great! Knowledgable, which all their techs seem to be). And respectful and polite above others (which they are all). But he stands out!

Colin did an AMAZING job for us today. He was early, efficient and professional.

Luis was excellent. He always services our units. He pays close attention to details, and he is very thorough. Luis is amazing.

Best technician I have ever spoken to. He was thorough, real with me, and gave me my options and what he would do if he were me. We were having intermittent issues and had several techs come through and no one knew what was happening. Nick came in and diagnosed the true root cause and gave me the complete run down. 10/10

I contacted RS Andrews to address a water leak around my water meter which resulted in a 2000-gallon increase in my water usage. Pau came out an dug up the area around the meter and found the cause of the leak. He explained what he would need to do to fix it, and the cost of the fix. The cost was more than I had hoped to pay, but the quality of the work was excellent and resolved the issue. I liked that Pau was very professional and took the time to explain the issue and the fix for the issue and answered all my questions.

Ivan did a terrific job. Very pleased with his professionalism and communication. Highly recommend him.

After assessing the situation he advised me of what repairs were needed and promised to send me an estimate for the repairs. I will get 2 more estimates before move forward with the repairs. I paid $99 for the service call and estimate.

I have an older house and my 30 water heater started leaking. They replaced it for me along with some shutoff valves in my home I’d been having trouble with for years. James R. did a great job for us, very courteous and professional.
