I suspected a shower leak because of dampness in the next door room. Bryan and his trainee Manley were thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Before cutting into the wallboard, they took pains to rule out other possible causes such as nearby plumbing and even going into the attic above the bathroom to look for roof leaks. My water bill (Atlanta Watershed) escalated from $61 to $600! I needed a registered plumber to check our property for any leaks. Charlie arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He checked everything and wrote a detailed report for me to show the water company. Looks like Atlanta Watershed had just upped my water bill on their own! I have found out they are not required to visit your home to read the meeter OR let you know when they might come to check for leaks OR even knock on the door if they do visit in person. So. I can use the documentation from RS Andrews /Charlie to fight the water company. Ya’ll check your water bills, especially if you are on autopay. We’ve used RS Andrews for several big jobs in the past - even replaced water lines to the street. Service is always good.

Lang wasn't able to arrive until 6:30pm as I had requested an undefined window. At first he couldn't find anything wrong with our brand new Lennox Elite compressor or unit. But it's as if he took it as a personal attack. Lang worked past 7pm, in a rainstorm, to discover two faulty coils in the compressor. Once he found the issue, it was repaired in minutes.
