Nick H did a fantastic job. He came on a Friday afternoon in August and replaced the part that was ordered, eliminating the freon leak. He spent about 5 hours completing the job. He is very knowledgeable and professional and I was very impressed.

My technician James did an incredible job. I initially had a membership with a different company. (Assured Comfort) who came out to do maintenance but would check the drain connected to my AC, it clogged and flooded and ruin my ceiling. They sent two technicians in three days that couldn’t help me, prolonging the process of repairing my ceiling because there was still water inside my AC, and Duct that they failed to fix. So what did I do? I called RS Andrews. Our technician James responded out, made sure everything was clear and operable, documented everything correctly, and referred us to the department who’ll be out to make the repairs. James was very knowledgeable and they officially have a new customer. Might I add that they DO check drains during maintenance unlike other companies but I would definitely recommend RS Andrews.

Paul and his associate were able to fix a problem that several people had turned down as being “too hard to figure out” and “would take too much time”. So I was very pleased that they were able to find the problem and fix it! I would definitely hire them again and also would not hesitate to refer to others.

Pau had to reinstall our new toilet located on our home’s second floor. He has been to our home before and always installs correctly, efficiently and is very respectful of our homes hardwood floors and interior carpeting. We are always very, very satisfied with Pau for a professional repair or a new install!

Our AC went out, and Nick was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he diagnose and fix our current issue, but he also discovered several installation flaws from when the system was put in a few years ago. He spent several hours meticulously bringing our unit back up to proper condition—even resolving a long-standing airflow issue in our house that we’ve had to deal with for years. Nick was super smart, super nice, and extremely helpful. I can't recommend this company and Nick highly enough!

Robert Hervey and his assistant Marcus installed my Rinnai Sensei Tankless Water Heater. The job and time it took for the installation were completed very quickly and and both men were very competent as plumbing professionals. A few days after the installation was performed, there was a very minor issue that developed with the water heater. Robert returned to address the issue in a timely manner and was able to make the proper adjustments with my Rinnai Water Heater without a problem. Both times that Robert visited by property he showed up on time and ready to work. I was very pleased with his work ethic and that of Marcus and would consider using them for plumbing work in the future.

I had the opportunity to get my HVAC unit serviced by RS Andrews and I must say the Blake the Technician that they sent out was super knowledgeable! My unit was throwing some codes and Blake took his time inspecting my unit to make sure we got down to the bottom of my it was throwing codes. He educating me throughout the whole process and made sure I was aware of any maintenance that may be required. I even had questions on the type of filters I was using and how to properly replace it without ripping the filter up just to take it out. Blake was kind enough to walk me through the whole process and trust me it was burning up in my little garage so for him to be so kind and patience with me and my 1 million questions was really sweet! Hopefully I don’t have to call RS Andrews again anytime soon, because my Unit is all up and running now, but if I do make sure to send Blake back he was surely a standup & knowledgeable Technician!

We’ve had excellent AC service from RS Andrews, especially from Luis Mateo who is knowledgeable, thorough, and does a wonderful job explaining the work he is doing so we understand. Highly recommend!

Air Conditioning not working ( noted condenser iced up - ave day temp 90 degrees) - paid $150 for Sunday visit -- understood tech could likely repair with supplies on truck -- inside furnace fan was inoperable and tested failed -- no fan motor on truck - no advice on how/when replacement fan could be obtained - after many calls requesting status was told fan motor was ordered Monday afternoon and possibly will be installed tomorrow (Friday). I understand heat wave overloads all heat/air services -perhaps your system might touch base with customers to follow up on parts/repair service status and let them know they are not forgotten.

Preventative maintenance service I am a new customer looking for quality service that is honest and the contractor that has integrity so far that is what I feel they have presented. Time tells all jury is still out. My window of time was 2 to 6 and the tech showed up at 7:30. That’s why my jury is still out. I understand that things happen but the poor tech didn’t leave until almost 9 PM three hours passed the window.

After 16 years with a big company, I decided to try RS Andrews and elated I did so. Devonte was the technician and did Yeoman's work. He was knowledgeable, professional, and to be honest, passionate about his work...Mastercraft. No exaggeration. He kept me informed about the status of my units, and it was refreshing he came to work, and not to try to hard sell me.

I understand things break and need to be replaced, but there is a limit, and appreciate I didn't get the doom and gloom regarding my system. I gleefully signed up for the yearly agreement.

I take no joy cutting relations with the previous company I had. I was actually one of their first customers. I severed ties not for me, but for those who are still with them. I told them they have disappointed me for my loyalty and went after the quick buck.

Loyalty appreciation, and not the quick buck is what's important in the long run. At least to me.

Living in a 1927 3rd floor condo presented quite the challenge to remedy my clogged condensation drain. LUIS went above and beyond and demonstrated amazing knowledge and expertise as well as a beautiful spirit. I feel fortunate that he came to help me. FYI, if you are lucky enough to get him, he likes crystals and orchids. I gave him one of my amethyst crystals. He is amazing! As an addendum, I did have to replace my 15 year old HVAC unit. Not an easy task as part of the system was recessed in the ceiling and part on top of a 4 story building roof. The 2 men (Elmer is one of the men's names) worked so tirelessly in the heat to complete this difficult job without one single word of complaint. When we ran into a snag, RS Andrews went above and beyond to resolve. They are the best in Atlanta, highly recommend! Thank you RS Andrews!

I had RS Andrews come out to address several electrical items that were identified during the inspection when selling my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
My technician, Zac, was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and, more importantly, why it needed to be done.
Zac not only completed all of the required inspection repairs, including installing GFCI protection where required by code both inside and outside the house, but he also identified and corrected a few additional electrical issues that were related to the inspection items.
He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took pride in his work from start to finish. It's not often you find a technician who combines technical expertise with excellent customer service, but Zac certainly does.
I highly recommend RS Andrews, and if you have the opportunity to request Zac, I would do so without hesitation. He made what could have been a stressful part of selling a home a very positive experience.

My wife and I are elderly, and summer nights without air conditioning is almost unbearable. Our air went out at night, on July 1, and we called RS Andrews. They sent a very pleasant, knowledgeable young man out, and he repaired our system in short order. We were very pleased with both the repair service and the price. If you have work to be done, you can call Andrews 24/7, and expect quality service at a reasonable price.

I was lost in looking for a plumbing company Trust Dale recommend R S Andrews. I am so happy they did. I will now recommend this company to my friends. Thomas is the tech that was dispatched. He was very personable, easy to talk with he diagnosed and explain the problem in detail along with what it entailed to fix down to the minute. I had a really good experience with the Sales Lead who did a nice job of helping me think thru AC options. The Install Team was excellent - very professional and expedient.

The install was a complete furnace and AC unit. From the estimate to the install everything was done as promised and timely. There was initially some confusion regarding my thermostat but that was resolved and taken care of. Update 11/18/22 Chris is great! He's been here before and is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to diagnose an issue we've had and is working to resolve it 11/28 Chris is still great they are still finding issues and resolving them as quickly as possible. 5/9/23 Bill and his son came to move a gas line for a new stove. This was done quickly, properly and they were both professional. Nice job 9/28 Chris is still awesome. He is thorough and identifies and resolves any issues that arise. 3/15 Tim was the service tech. Thorough polite and professional. Great job 10/9 Chris is the man as always! Great job still thorough and explains everything clearly. Same story 5/28/26 Chris is still awesome!

Kalvin was great! He was very professional while explaining future tune ups and code requirements. I believe my present unit is approximately 16 years old and perhaps sometime in the near future best think about replacing the unit altogether. Good information to have, I'll keep Kalvin's recommendation under consideration.

RS Andrews did an excellent job and helped improve my air quality with an ultraviolet light in the downstairs furnace. I had previously had one installed upstairs and after 8 years, no mold. but after seeing the mold that accumulated downstairs RS Andrews Installed an ultraviolet light in that furnace system. Well worth the investment!

Charles was very professional and efficient. Very knowledgeable. The toilet was $217.00 and the cost of the plumbing was $489.00. I tipped him $60.00. The toilet is very wobbly and they’ll have to comeback and place some plastic or rubber shins beneath it to balance it!!! This shouldve been done upon the first visit!!!

Greetings All, Mr. Brennan Pilson visited my home to service my Plumbing problems in my Master Bathroom (i.e. Bathroom Tub) and my Plumbing problem within my Guest Bathroom, on Saturday, 12/09/2023. He solved both problems with ease and explained the problems and communicated how he solved my Bathroom problems. And to extend closure, he asked me to call him, and he will come back out to resolve that problem. Mr. Pilson is my type of a Technician and a Professional. My thanks.

Ivan did our A/C maintenance May 22 and completed a thorough inspection. We always request Ivan for all our HV/AC service, he is very friendly and always has suggestions for us on how to better maintain our equipment. We've used R.S. Andrews for other services and have been very satisfied with their work.

We've had several companies in the past come to our home to work on our AC unit. Hands down this is the best it's felt. I wasnt even home for the service but it was worth every penny! Mohammad Shah has done an outstanding job. Usually my unit is set for 74 degrees but I increased it to 75 today because it was so cold! Im loving it!! Thanks again Mohammad!!

Calvin was so friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and resolved the issues I called about. He even showed me some things on the new thermostat that I wasn't familiar with which made a big difference in the air quality in my home. My HVAC was still under warranty, so I did not have to pay for his visit.

He took the time to describe the possible alternatives to correct the problem and he and his team turned up the following morning to do the work. it was an outside job but they left the property clean and tidy. My experience was excellent, the service tech Ezequiel came in , explained what he would be doing. He put on his footies and went to work replacing our toilet. When he finished he our overflow tank and our pressure valve. Everything was completely in one day.

While many others (7visits) focused on indoor issues, David started outdoors and quickly identified weaknesses in compressor power lines connections. He corrected them and the system is running smoothly 🤞

Plumbing Tech Paul was on time, assessed the water line leak issue and clearly communicated the required repair work. He finished the job and cleaned up the work site and addressed any questions I had while he was here. Job well done!

I called R. S. ANDREWS on Wednesday afternoon and had an appointment for Thursday morning. Kyle was very nice and explained things well. He answered my questions and made suggestions and recommendations for having additional work done to find and fix my water issue since his investigation did not result in a final answer. His customer service is excellent.

The technician, Kwame Kilgore, came to our house after hours and was very thorough, attentive and helpful.
