My Service guy was Justin , and he was awesome that's the kind of service i can appreciate 100 percent the guy is great with customers 👍

He diagnosed the problem quickly and trouble shot the repair. When a pipe broke he quickly stopped the water flow, wet vacced the water and called in a cleaning service for the wet basement. Lots of good energy and knowledge.

Rich did a great job—very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for any job. He was on time, explained everything to me, did an excellent job and left everything nice and clean. Rich really knows what he’s doing!! A real professional.

I had a leak in my ceiling directly above my garage. I called RS Andrews on a Tuesday morning and was able to get someone out the very next morning to take a look at my issue. Someone could’ve came the same day, but next day worked better for me. Robert came out the next morning & was amazing! He found the issue, while also explaining in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done. He fixed my leak in no time and answered any questions that I had. Robert was efficient, professional, and detail oriented! I would definitely recommend this company. 10/10!

Associate came out as scheduled. The call was for an estimate on additional insulation. He seemed knowledgable and was able to answer my questions with understandable explanations. Very pleased.

Called to get an appointment for one of my heating units that was not coming on (during a cold snap). Fortunately I could get an appointment with the technician who performs my routine maintenance, every spring and fall. . My appointment was for a four hour window the next business day. I received a call and a text of my technician, Ivan, arriving at the beginning of that four hour window. After his arrival we discussed the situation. He analyzed the situation and explained to me why the unit was not working properly. A blower motor was not working. Ivan ordered the part(s) and will be installed as soon as they come in. Pleased for a quick turnaround appointment and a quick answer to my concerns. RS Andrews works hard to keep their customers smiling.

From the initial phone call to the actual visit on-site, everyone was professional, kind, and responsive. I was scheduled a same day visit after hours! Ezekiel was quite helpful in not only locating but sharing his knowledge and expertise as he helped navigate my burst pipe and caved in ceiling. He made an overwhelming situation feel like it was going to ok and under control.

This review is based on a home visit. RS Andrews provided a plumbing estimate to my husband yesterday morning. We were very pleased with the experience with our tech, Mohamed. He came out to our home first thing Friday morning and provided a quote for a major plumbing repair. During his time with us he listened to exactly what we needed and provided information for what we specifically asked for without demanding extra unnecessary fees from the client who is already faced with a stressful and expensive situation. He was very polite and knowledgeable during the visit and provided a quick and detailed quote for the requested job. Regardless of outcome of our particular situation, they have gained an ambassador. We appreciate great customer service. I would certainly recommend calling RS Andrews for any plumbing or HVAC needs!

Travon was very knowledgeable and professional. The company however needs more cohesion between electrican, plumber and the timely process of providing estimtes. It's been over a week now and I still do not have a comprehensive quote for HVAC sysstem installation with gas furnace. Competitors have been able to give me a quote upon initial consultation.

Not only is Mohamed a master plumber, he is a very nice and caring individual. When it was discovered that I purchased the wrong type of water heater, and started to get upset, he was calm and reassuring. He went out of his way for us, in many ways. We couldn’t be happier with the service and our purchase of a new water water heater thru Mohamed and RS Andrews and will be a customer for life.

Zoned HVAC was running non stop, not cycling off and one zone was not distributing heat adequately. Terrell arrived as scheduled . He was very thorough in investigating the issues I was experiencing. His troubleshooting efforts identified the problem/resolution which required a part to be ordered. Terrell answered my questions and explained next steps after order placed. . This was my time using RS Andrews. Very satisfied with the diagnostic services performed and the expertise of the technician.

I could ask for better service than I have received from RS Andrews Electrical. Starting with setting up the appointment with Drew. He was pleasant and professional. He handled my concern with compassion and explained the process as it would transpire. Come the appointed date and time, I received a call from a dispatcher. She continued the professional and courteous tone letting me know my electrician was on the way. Travon, I simply cannot say how pleased I am with his professionalism and the high level of customer service he provided. He seemed to know where the problem was but checked all other elements that may cause problems in the future. Finally, the cost of the service was below what I left, estimated. Richard Olyervis is an excellent plumber. He was very thorough and professional in his work. I had a leak in the bathtub drain and the hot and cold water were reversed on the bathtub faucets. RS Andrews to the rescue again. I don’t know what I’d do without them. The hard freeze knocked my pipes out of commission and they sent Pau out to assess. Within minutes he found the problem, gave me the estimate, and to my surprise was ready to start the repair immediately. After all these crazy temps in Atlanta I just knew I’d have to wait for the actual repair! But nope! Pau explained the issue thoroughly, made sure I understood what needed to be done, and was done a lot faster than I had expected due to the tight space and timing. Thanks again RS Andrews! AI can’t fix a busted water line!

Blake responded ahead of a deep February cold spell. He was personable, knowledgeable and responsive. Unfortunately R S Andrews does not repair Bryant Furnaces that are 55 years old like mine. Blake did agree to inspect the unit and attempt to identify issues. After our joint inspection he said he concurred with my efforts to maintain and keep the furnace running, said he thought it would be safe to operate under careful surveillance, but he recommended replacement. I scheduled a date to prepare an written estimate.

Jonathan was very knowledgeable and installed our new smart thermostat immediately. So happy.

Crew lead by Kadonna and Chris installed two AC’s and two new furnaces within a day. The two furnaces were located on separate floors. Care was taken to protect our carpet and floors. Technicians took there time to explain how they charged the AC’s, used nitrogen to clear clog condensation lines. Following installations, they demonstrated what was done, maintenance of furnaces, and operation of newly installed thermostats.

Can’t say enough good things about Luis. He was thorough with the service, but more importantly, he was so patient and helpful with answering all my questions and giving me recommendations about my system. Thank you!!!

He checked out both heat pumps and the three zones in my house and assured me all was working properly, a necessity with 24 degree weather. Both David Rosati and Amber Magnus were exceptional! Amber Magnus was very professional and quite helpful and knowledgeable! David was very thorough and did a great job as usual for R.S. Andrews employees. David explained everything he was doing and I enjoyed the time he spent explaining everything. He was prompt, friendly, and answered all questions wel. Nikia was very thorough in checking out the AC system. I feel he was extremely honest in pointing out future repairs that may be needed. Nakia again was very thorough checking out the heating system. Ivan Medina was prompt and thorough in maintaining the AC system. He explained what he was doing and why some part needed to be replaced. He showed me the readings of the failing parts and the readings on the replacement parts.

Robert H was quick with his problem solving and resolution after my pipes burst after freezing. He was also very kind to share with me his supervisor's information in the event that I need to follow up for expert testimony due to irresponsible development on my home and in the neighborhood. Same day service for a very old ruptured tank. New tank installed and is much better than the one that came with our house. Service tech was quick, efficient and friendly.

RS Andrews is an Atlanta institution and continues to be an excellent service.provider. After our kitchen sink clogged, two handymen failed to show up. On the 6th day I called RS Andrews and they arrived promptly the next morning. The gentleman arrived worked diligently, explaining to me, each step of his work, and what he had found, discovered that he needed a additional tool, and instead of leaving, he called another Service technician to bring the tool and join him. The sink clog was severe, and the two of them worked for several hours, until it was finally resolved. Both young men were pleasant, manly, did not speak on their cell phone and a loud voice while they were in the house, they were intrusive. They were considerate of me when I was on the phone and most importantly, they did not abandon the job because they needed another tool. I believe that they will both be fine businessman, and they were wonderful in their performance. I would not hesitate to use them again. My husband had scheduled the handyman, thinking it would be less expensive. Lesson I wish I had learned in my teenage years instead of in my 30s is that one is merely Pennywise and pound foolish to Attempt To Find inexpensive labor or paint offense when time is precious and in the end, you spend more trying to get the work done, buying the materials, etc. RS Andrews is a good value. Time is all that we have, once spent it can never be recovered. The real cost of services is time, dollars, solutions and whether the work lasts.

Update Friday 01/23/26: After going with Paul’s recommendation to replace 2 parts above the water heater tank, it seems like it is not leaking anymore in the drip pan! Gave it 24hours to see if the pan was dry, and it is! Greatful for Paul’s expertise and saving us $$$ to not replace the entire unit yet. We will monitor it for another few days. Thanks again, Paul! Paul was very knowledgeable and gave his expert advice on our water heater issue. We are going with his recommendation to replace 2 parts instead of the whole water heater. I am confident that he is right. Thanks Paul and see you in the morning for completion!

I have had a problem with my hot water for years. I was using a different plumber and they could never figure out what the problem was. Michael Waters from RS Andrews showed up, took one look, and figured out that one of the check valves on my water heater was installed in the wrong direction, causing cold water to mix with the hot. He also noticed that the thermal expansion tank was mounted horizontally instead of vertically. Michael fixed the check valve, remounted the thermal expansion tank, replaced several "handle" valves with ball valves, and basically re-piped all connections. In addition, he assisted the RS Andrews HVAC installation team in trouble-shooting an issue with the heating on my new AquaTherm system. He also came back the next day at no charge to fix a blockage in the kitchen faucet caused by some debris from a PVC pipe that got in the line from the previous day's work. Michael is head and shoulders above any plumber I have ever used, and RS Andrews now has a new customer.

Took his time to troubleshoot my problem and gave me steps to take before I spend money on unneeded repairs.

I want to extend a huge compliment to RS Andrews for immediately arriving at my condo following to repair request. Luis installed a (really $$$) thermostat a few weeks ago and now I have a rattle behind it when the fan comes on. Today Luis listened to the rattle and we discovered it was the metallic frame of a picture I had next to the thermostat. We removed the picture and sure enough the rattle stopped. I am personally a professional with 2 Masters Degrees and I am somewhat mechanically inclined. How embarrassing? The education did not contribute to simple logic and Luis proved it. He was here for 10 minutes and then was out the door with a huge smile. I sincerely appreciate Drew for sending Luis out so quickly. Luis deserves a huge reward for exercising his professional mannerism and simple problem solving skills. Thank you sir!
