Mr. Jose Sanchez was very effective and professional. He put the correct size of belt on my attic fan as soon as he had noticed the previous one was broken. Then, he told me that was possible to replace my 71 years old fan by a newer one that was more effective and quieter. (I did not know that a newer model was available). He noticed too that insulating now my attic would cool my rooms in Summer and warm them in Winter. I will consider his suggestions to update my home cooling! Thank you very much to Mr. Jose Sanchez!

I contacted RSAndrews because I was smelling gas from my newly installed furnace. Teyon was quickly able to identify the source of the leak. He did not have the replacement part with him but went and got it from his office and returned within a couple hours and replaced the part. He was very professional and the repair was high quality and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend him for future repairs.

This is the fourth or fifth time I have used David Stitt for various plumbing needs. The most recent instance involved addressing a condensate pipe for my tankless hot water heater that drained to the outside of the house that would freeze on very cold winter days causing water to back up . After considering a couple of options, David recommended changing the condensate line to a larger diameter pipe. The work was done efficiently and neatly and is working well with no subsequent freezing of the pipe. As always, David is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend David Stitt and R.S. Andrews for all your plumbing needs.

I had a ground fault circuit which would not reset after a fault. David replaced a bad outlet and it is fine now. He also performed a complimentary inspection on our electric panel.

After having a pretty bad experience with a previous RS Andrew’s tech (see below) I will say that working with Nick was refreshing. He kept me posted the entire time during the work process. He was extremely clear in his communication and apologetic for the behavior of the other tech (not something he needed to apologize for). He stayed to make sure that everything worked as it should prior to leaving and was extremely thoughtful and polite in the way he communicated to me and helped me arrive at a decision. I could not have asked for a better technician and am extremely grateful for his professionalism and his outstanding work.

Second time I have had this issue despite having the service plan and having had spent nearly a grand when it was a supposed heat pump talking to panel issue and had to have whole new panel installed on a new HVAC system. Now that winter has come back around after my Winter Service my heat began running all the time. Today’s technician could not explain to me why when I set my heat on 65 it would continue to run even when it got to above 65. He thought he fixed it yet I alerted it to him that the system has once again reset once he had worked on the unit outside and was ready to walk out the door. I now am awaiting a call from RS Andrews for another technician (no 2nd tech fee at least) just an electric bill that is 3 times its normal rate and a house that keeps trying to heat and no clear explanation. Technician was extremely polite but concerned about service needs especially given what I have paid. However I came to learn that the technician did not note that someone needed to come back out. No one called me. I called and there are no notes. They can not get a hold of the technician after I called for the second time.

I had an excellent experience with a consultation and ultimate installation of a Rinnai tankless water heater. Brennan Pilson was thorough in the original consultation and efficiently and effectively replaced our aging tank heater with the tankless. And left the worksite in excellent condition. Price was reasonable for the work performed. I would use R.S. Andrews again for future work.

Plumbing problem handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally

I have just spent two wonderful learning days with Harold as he re-did my electrical circuit box and added many wifi light switches to my home. Harold was pleasant, respectful and explained everything to a "t". All switches were tested and connected to my wifi before he left. This is the second time Harold has visited my home to rescue my electrical problems and fixed each problem perfectly. I have been with Andrews for over 20 years and truly appreciate their service.

Max Borrelli was the Electrical Service Technician who came out to install an exhaust fan in my bathroom. Max was friendly, professional, & helpful. He advised me that there was only one place he could put the fan and it would not work because the moisture would be trapped under the roof with no outlet to escape. I appreciate how honest and caring he was. He advised me that it might be possible that the Duct work crew may be able to make a way to fix the problem. I am glad that I had contacted R.S.Andrews for this service. They have a high rating with customers and can supply so many services that I know I may need. I am happy to refer them to my family and friends!

Kwame was polite, prompt, and Educational. He helped me understand the importance of using good quality filters for HVAC.

I had a leak in my ceiling directly above my garage. I called RS Andrews on a Tuesday morning and was able to get someone out the very next morning to take a look at my issue. Someone could’ve came the same day, but next day worked better for me. Robert came out the next morning & was amazing! Associate came out as scheduled. The call was for an estimate on additional insulation. He seemed knowledgable and was able to answer my questions with understandable explanations. Very pleased.

Called to get an appointment for one of my heating units that was not coming on (during a cold snap). Fortunately I could get an appointment with the technician who performs my routine maintenance, every spring and fall. . My appointment was for a four hour window the next business day. I received a call and a text of my technician, Ivan, arriving at the beginning of that four hour window. After his arrival we discussed the situation. He analyzed the situation and explained to me why the unit was not working properly. A blower motor was not working. Ivan ordered the part(s) and will be installed as soon as they come in. Pleased for a quick turnaround appointment and a quick answer to my concerns. RS Andrews works hard to keep their customers smiling.

From the initial phone call to the actual visit on-site, everyone was professional, kind, and responsive. I was scheduled a same day visit after hours! Ezekiel was quite helpful in not only locating but sharing his knowledge and expertise as he helped navigate my burst pipe and caved in ceiling. This review is based on a home visit. RS Andrews provided a plumbing estimate to my husband yesterday morning. We were very pleased with the experience with our tech, Mohamed. He came out to our home first thing Friday morning and provided a quote for a major plumbing repair. During his time with us he listened to exactly what we needed and provided information for what we specifically asked for without demanding extra unnecessary fees from the client who is already faced with a stressful and expensive situation. He was very polite and knowledgeable during the visit and provided a quick and detailed quote for the requested job. Regardless of outcome of our particular situation, they have gained an ambassador. I could ask for better service than I have received from RS Andrews Electrical. Starting with setting up the appointment with Drew. He was pleasant and professional. He handled my concern with compassion and explained the process as it would transpire. Come the appointed date and time, I received a call from a dispatcher. She continued the professional and courteous tone letting me know my electrician was on the way. Travon, I simply cannot say how pleased I am with his professionalism and the high level of customer service he provided. He seemed to know where the problem was but checked all other elements that may cause problems in the future. Finally, the cost of the service was below what I left, estimated. That is always a good thing. Yes, when Travon left, I had a R S Andrews smile on my face. Could not have asked for better.

RS Andrews to the rescue again. I don’t know what I’d do without them. The hard freeze knocked my pipes out of commission and they sent Pau out to assess. Within minutes he found the problem, gave me the estimate, and to my surprise was ready to start the repair immediately. After all these crazy temps in Atlanta I just knew I’d have to wait for the actual repair! But nope! Pau explained the issue thoroughly, made sure I understood what needed to be done, and was done a lot faster than I had expected due to the tight space and timing. Thanks again RS Andrews! AI can’t fix a busted water line!
