Brandan delivered the customer care I expected. I am very satisfied with his work performance and detailed attention he gave to improve the performance of my hot water tank. I mentioned to Brandan my tub faucet was leaking and he did not hesitate to inspect the leak and repair the leak right away. I was happy to get both my hot water tank flushed and the leak repaired during Brandan’s visit. He followed up with explanation of causes and preventive work he did to improve the life span of my hot water tank. He had the right parts on his truck to fix the leak. So, I saw he was prepared to offer customer service when necessary. Brandan was pleasant and courteous. I welcome Brandan back again for future services. I always appreciate R S Andrews time and response management systems because I’m always notified when the technician is in route to my home. James was the absolute best! He was very knowledgeable and super informative on the plumbing that needed to be fixed! He was super trustworthy and very thorough while doing the work being completed! I had the most unusual electrical gremlin at my house. Justin was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I cannot speak highly enough of the effort he put into finding the gremlin. He never gave up and found the issue preventing me from having to rewire the entire upstairs. I cannot thank Justin enough. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUSTIN if you have an unusual electrical concern that no one else can figure out. Justin is your man.

March 27, 2026 Still great! Neil Johnson once again did an awesome job addressing and resolving my plumbing issues. I had a small leak under my kitchen sink. He quickly assessed that my faucet was the problem. We were able to get a new faucet and he installed it the same day. Neil also proactively replaced an expansion tank that was going bad to regulate my water pressure and mitigate future potential problems. R. S Andrew’s has top notch technicians that go above and beyond to get the job done and Neil is one of the best! Plumber review I contacted RS Andrew’s plumbing service requesting they send out a technician to troubleshoot and resolve a water leak that had been running all week in my garage. I had previously contacted my warranty company who sent out a plumber who could not find the source of the leak and who determined that it was not a plumbing issue. He suggested that it was an HVAC problem and I wasted valuable time and money having a HVAC technician come out to look at it without any resolution. It turns out that it was a plumbing leak after all. Neil the plumbing technician for RS Andrew’s did an outstanding job quickly uncovering the source of the leak and resolving the problem within minutes of his visit. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to resolve the issue so quickly. Kudos to Neil for his professionalism and skills and to RS Andrew’s who made my problem a priority by sending out a technician on the same day of my request. I can now sleep at night knowing that this leak has been stopped and I can now move forward with repairs. I will definitely use this company for my future plumbing needs. RS Andrew’s staff is the best!

These guys did a great job for us at our house. we were having issues with our water heater and our waste ejection pump and they were able to address both. we were having an issue with the water heater after they installed it and they were able to get the issue fixed first time out. David was very thorough in the rejuvenation of our main panel and additional sub panel. He also ran a dedicated 20 amp line for the bandsaw and drill press in my garage workshop, as well as a whole house surge protector. David worked quickly, neatly and professionally. He listened too and addressed my concerns in a polite and honest manner. His work was impeccable. We are definitely going to have him do other projects for us in the future.

Out of all the regular services we use(cable, lawn care, pest control, etc.) RS Andrews is far and away our BEST!!! All our techs have been great, and David Rosario is no exception. I have not been so well served for many years. This was a main water line warranty job nine years into a ten year warranty. Also, during the nine years we had purchased the home from the prior owner, so there was the potential of RS Andrews finding some reason to make it difficult to claim the warranty repair. Our experience was just the opposite of what might have happened. We called on Monday. They sent Kyle and Dylan on Tuesday morning. They were both friendly and professional. They assessed the job, completed it and left. Kyle also pointed out two potential issues he had noted while they worked. We have been so impressed with how RS Andrews stand behind their work that we are going to switch our HVAC maintenance to this company. Really amazing good old fashioned customer service. Highly recommend!

This is the fourth or fifth time I have used David Stitt for various plumbing needs. The most recent instance involved addressing a condensate pipe for my tankless hot water heater that drained to the outside of the house that would freeze on very cold winter days causing water to back up . After considering a couple of options, David recommended changing the condensate line to a larger diameter pipe. The work was done efficiently and neatly and is working well with no subsequent freezing of the pipe. As always, David is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend David Stitt and R.S. Andrews for all your plumbing needs.
