Calvin was so friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and resolved the issues I called about. He even showed me some things on the new thermostat that I wasn't familiar with which made a big difference in the air quality in my home. My HVAC was still under warranty, so I did not have to pay for his visit.

My experience was excellent, the service tech Ezequiel came in , explained what he would be doing. He put on his footies and went to work replacing our toilet. When he finished he our overflow tank and our pressure valve. Everything was completely in one day.

While many others (7visits) focused on indoor issues, David started outdoors and quickly identified weaknesses in compressor power lines connections. He corrected them and the system is running smoothly 🤞

I called R. S. ANDREWS on Wednesday afternoon and had an appointment for Thursday morning. Kyle was very nice and explained things well. He answered my questions and made suggestions and recommendations for having additional work done to find and fix my water issue since his investigation did not result in a final answer. His customer service is excellent.

The technician, Kwame Kilgore, came to our house after hours and was very thorough, attentive and helpful.

James Roche, Jr. is truly exceptional. And the team of James and Dillion is truly a blessing. My partner John, who has a contractor's license, said his shower hasn't worked so well is some time. Please express our appreciation to them again for beautifully fine tuning our system. Linda Contractor comment - we had a water line that was compromised by mud and pebbles from county water system pipe repairs. Pebbles clogged our incoming water line blocking it. Clean out of the blocked water line was required, valve replacements were done and a filter trap added that can be cleaned to remove pebbles in the future. RS Andrews made this happen for us. Called for a second opinion after getting an incorrect assessment on our AC unit issue from a different company. Luis Mateo came out and did a great job analyzing what was going on -- the thermostat wire had been cut during our exterior reno, and the previous tech missed it, wanted to replace the motherboard or the whole system. Luis corrected that and a blown fuse at the furnace, and we are now up and running as good as new. Professional communication-- very clear explanations of the problem and solutions available-- polite and personable, but quick service. Arrived right on time, and the communication from dispatch was professional and helpful. The fee was very reasonable, comfortable for our budget. We are RS Andrews customers for life.

Super job. Went through all of the HVAC controls and condensate pump. Found and replaced bad motor start capacitor. Cleaned extremely filthy condenser fins and coils so they were shiny again. Saved an overworked compressor. All around top job.

Our AC / Heater finally threw in the towel after 11 years of keeping us warm in the winters and cool in the summers, so I finally had to call the people who sold it to us, RS Andrews. They gave it an autopsy and pronounced it was a goner. So of course, I ordered another one. Looking forward to another 11 years with RS Andrews.

I had very little confidence Drew could fix the issue. I now have air condition! He stayed more than an hour to make sure he found the problem. Whether or not it is fixed, can’t find a better tech. If he can’t fix it, probably not fixable!For now, I have air conditioning!

Sean Buie was superb. He appeared knowledgeable and shared what he found with me in terms I can understand. He was emotionally intelligent. We hope he is assigned to us again! Sean was back to install an igniter that he had to order on his first visit (he doesn’t routinely carry this necessary part in his truck). We talked not only about the heating system, but also about his future. He has superb potential—he’s organized, logical, articulate, focused on quality, and sensitive to the customer’s preferences.

He checked out both heat pumps and the three zones in my house and assured me all was working properly, a necessity with 24 degree weather. Both David Rosati and Amber Magnus were exceptional! Amber Magnus was very professional and quite helpful and knowledgeable! David was very thorough and did a great job as usual for R.S. Andrews employees. David explained everything he was doing and I enjoyed the time he spent explaining everything. This experience was wonderful. My estimate and replacement of broken hot water heater were done on the same day. The polite, professional and respectful installer, Loren Palmer, was on time and ready to replace the hot water heater that had flooded my basement the day before. Another RS Andrews installer, Aidan showed up almost immediately with the new tank. The old tank was removed, the new tank installed, the basement was wet vacuumed, and the area was left clean. With Loren Palmer's assistance I was approved for financing within 30 minutes. Loren Palmer, with the assistance of Aidan, went above and beyond what I ever expected. Thank you so much!

I called two months in advance (I wanted to make sure I beat any last minute rush) for my annual AC maintenance. A week before the set date I was informed of the upcoming visit. The day of the appointment I was notified by text that the technician, Ivan, was on his way. The window appointment time was 8-10 AM. Ivan arrived at 8 AM. I currently have a service agreement that helps in the overall cost of routine maintenance. Ivan checked out all three of my AC systems thoroughly. Fortunately all units were in good shape with only air filters needed. Ivan has been my go to technician for many years now. He is courteous, professional, and honest. He is respectful of my home. He addresses my concerns and looks out for my budget, but also looks out for that fact my systems are in top working shape. Thank you Ivan and RS Andrews.

Michael came out today to perform HVAC maintenance. From the time he arrived he was very professional and even put on shoe covers upon entering the home. My hot water heater went out in the evening. I called R. S. Andrews. This is my first time dealing with them. Next day Todd arrived on time and was very professional. He replaced my hot water heater in less than two hours and did a great job. I was very impressed with his product knowledge, not only his product line, but also with the system he was replacing, which R. S. Andrews does not carry. He gave us some good advice for us to watch for in maintaining our system. He also told us about the special deal offered by you guys for heating and air conditioning. We signed up for it. We even got a courtesy call before he arrived. Drew was very polite and went straight to work. He checked it out and replaced the air filter. Neil did a spectacular job repairing our main water line leak. We had struggled for months trying to locate an underground leak, and on the day it was located, we scheduled Neil for a last minute visit. He literally dug in, uncovered and repaired the leak. Highly recommended, a personable and knowledgeable individual.

Michael Powell is a knowledgeable and friendly technician. Every time he's come to our home for service and maintenance, he's always professional, takes his time and explains what he's doing. He also makes suggestions and answers any and all questions you might have. I defiantly recommend Michael Powell and want to continue to use him as our trusted HVAC technician.

They contacted me and refunded the trip charge! When I called, I told them exactly what I needed done. Instead of telling me they couldn’t do that, they sent a plumbing technician to my house anyway, and then charged me a $99 trip charge. The technician told me they couldn’t do what I needed, and when I called twice to request a refund, the person I needed to talk to wasn’t available and hasn’t called me back.
