Brandon fit us in last minute on a same day call. He was informative and helpful, but also efficient! Our toilet isn’t making an insane ringing sound anymore, and also took initiative to point out other items to eventually throw on our to do list. He also gave us great maintenance advice. I was able to get a same day appointment. I did have to pay for expensive leak detection repair, as $99 only covers their trip to u, any tools and the charges begin. I could not get the water line to show leakage after turning the water line off, so that was why leak detection was necessary. It was in same spot as 3 years ago. Mohamad was able to repair the line. Mohamad was courteous and remained calm, over my outrage about pricing. Hope u know where your leak is before calling. Good luck. I'm 80 year old senior, I did get 5 per cent discount. I'm smiling today.

August 31, 2026: My water meter was leaking and Eric Sanchez was the plumber to do the job. He was very professional, efficient, and kind. He was able to repair my leak in record time. I’m praying that the repair holds. I’m sure it will but I’m praying anyway. He was awesome.

April 21, 2026: Well, R.S. Andrews came to my rescue again. This time I needed the water supply lines to 2 of my toilets replaced as per my homeowners insurance company. Loren, the RS Andrews plumber, was able to replace both lines with only a slight hiccup in one of the lines. He did an excellent job and detailed everything in my receipt so that I could forward my receipt to the insurance company. Loren was awesome. Thank you RS Andrews for saving the day….again.

February 2026: Will Macon was totally awesome! I’m a caregiver for my 89 year old mother who just came out of the hospital on Sunday. Our furnace went out on Tuesday. I called R. S. Andrews on Tuesday. Will was at our home on Wednesday morning. He examined our system and got us a GREAT DEAL on a new furnace and AC. It was awesome. The new system was installed on Thursday. By Thursday afternoon we had heat from a NEW FURNACE. Thank you Will and thank you R. S. Andrews for all that you do. You may have saved a life. Thank you!!!!

RS Andrews keeps my home systems working...waking up and finding a large pool of water on your kitchen floor can be frustrating! However, I called RS Andrews and they had an opening at that time...James Mays arrived 45 mins later replaced a faulty faucet and within the hour everything was back up and running smoothly! Mohamed was very thorough, explained things carefully, and was very nice. The charge for the diagnosis seemed high ($850), but they are crediting that amount toward the (huge) bill to replumb the whole house, which unhappily I'm convinced is the best way forward.

Upon completion, he showed me what he had done, explained why the pressure needed to be set in the proper range and showed me the new shut off valve. The installation was neat and professional, despite being in a very confined area. I will continue to use RS Andrews for my future plumbing needs and will ask for Brandon the next time I need a technician.
