Set an appointment for today about six weeks ago. Received a text three days before my scheduled appointment. Nice reminder heads up. The morning of the appointment I received a text from my technician, Ivan, that he was on his way. Ivan was even early of the suggested appointment window. Ivan performed service on my three HVAC systems. Ivan outlined what he would be doing today and offered tips to get the best out of my systems and recommended potential added service in the future as my HVAC system ages. Ivan as always, was friendly, courteous, treats my home with respect and professional. Solid, dependable service. Thanks Ivan. Appreciate your wisdom and honesty. I will ask for you again.

Mr. Crosby of RS Andrews is a true professional in his field. I had an issue with my furnace that was created by a previous contractor. When Mr. Crosby arrived, I explained my problem to him. He immediately inspected my system and was able to correct it not long after. Not only that, he was able to diagnose another issue that may have created my problem in the first place. I'm very grateful to Mr. Crosby and RS Andrews for their assistance. I highly recommend RS Andrews and Mr. Crosby to assist you should if you encounter an AC problem.

It was for a water leak. Mr. Chris Jones came on a Friday night late, detected the problem and solved it. He was very patient and very clear in his communication. Also, he was very helpful in connecting us with the needed next steps. I appreciated his professional expertise, his professional manner and his kindness.

Max B. is their best field service agent. He should honestly start his own business. It’s rare for technicians to be sufficiently sociable while still highly technical. Installed a whole new panel for us.

Mr Mays was a great plumber and a very nice guy. He did his work and explained everything along the way. When he finished, he asked me at least 3-4 times if I had any questions. I feel very confident in his work. I would like to see Mr Mays when I have any plumbing issues.

While many others (7visits) focused on indoor issues, David started outdoors and quickly identified weaknesses in compressor power lines connections. He corrected them and the system is running smoothly 🤞

Our a/c stopped working late on a Friday afternoon with outside temps in the 90s. I called at 4:00pm and by 7:30pm David had us all fixed up and cooling down. And the price was reasonable considering it was after hours and an emergency service call. We always receive great service from RS Andrews who we have used for HVAC and electrical. All of the techs are knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. When we call, the office staff and dispatchers are nice to work with too. Great company! Highly recommend!

11/13/2025 : Jonathan who usually provides furnace /air conditioner maintenance for my home helped me with a back-up emergency today. Even though it was his day off Jonathan made arrangements for an R. S. Andrews Plumber to come to my home and help with this situation. Jonathan's professionalism, thoughtfulness and willingness to assist me today made a difficult situation much better. I am very thankful that he took my call today. Also, today Brennan Pilson of R. S. Andrews handled the back-up problem at my home. Brennan carefully diagnosed the situation and thoroughly explained the problem including showing me photos. He explained what is needed to correct this. He gave me suggestions to help prevent another occurrence and offered to answer questions I or a family member might have. I appreciate the thorough, professional way that Brennan worked with me today.

Brennan did an awesome job. He and Rich built a copper manifold for us. Our old one which was broken was a product that last 7 years. We hope that the copper one is the best choice. Brennan was so helpful either by text or call when we had questions. I definitely recommend RS Andrew’s.

RS Andrews did an excellent job and helped improve my air quality with an ultraviolet light in the downstairs furnace. I had previously had one installed upstairs and after 8 years, no mold. but after seeing the mold that accumulated downstairs RS Andrews Installed an ultraviolet light in that furnace system. Well worth the investment!

Michael Powell is a knowledgeable and friendly technician. Every time he's come to our home for service and maintenance, he's always professional, takes his time and explains what he's doing. I accidentally dropped a full tube of Aquafor in my toilet as it was flushing. I couldn't get it out but was afraid of it clogging the system. The plumber Jonathan came and in a few minutes got it out. Very professional and friendly and did the job quickly.

Junior and Amir cleaned my air ducts, as well as my dryer vent. They were punctual, professional and polite and cleaned up well after they were done (minimal debris). Junior explained each phase of the work. I would recommend RS Andrews and this duo for your home needs.

Plumber review I contacted RS Andrew’s plumbing service requesting they send out a technician to troubleshoot and resolve a water leak that had been running all week in my garage. I had previously contacted my warranty company who sent out a plumber who could not find the source of the leak and who determined that it was not a plumbing issue. He suggested that it was an HVAC problem and I wasted valuable time and money having a HVAC technician come out to look at it without any resolution. It turns out that it was a plumbing leak after all. Neil the plumbing technician for RS Andrew’s did an outstanding job quickly uncovering the source of the leak and resolving the problem within minutes of his visit. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to resolve the issue so quickly. Kudos to Neil for his professionalism and skills and to RS Andrew’s who made my problem a priority by sending out a technician on the same day of my request. I can now sleep at night knowing that this leak has been stopped and I can now move forward with repairs. I will definitely use this company for my future plumbing needs. RS Andrew’s staff is the best!

Trustworthy, knowledgeable technician who takes his time to understand your concerns and won’t sell you false information.

We've been working with RS Andrews for a long time...more than 10 years. Frankly, I sort of surprised to say that we have NEVER had anything other than outstanding service. Just recently we had a minor gas leak. We discovered it at 10 pm Saturday. I put a 'request' in to their website not expecting to hear from them until Monday, but they contacted us Sunday morning, sent someone over, and the problem was fixed before noon. If you're seeking and HVAC/plumbing/electrical etc. company, use them. You definitely will not be disappointed!

This particular plumber is one of the best I have ever had from any plumbing company. Mr. James Mays actually prevented me from having to seek shelter in some costly hotel or motel room. I had been without running water in my home for nearly seven days before he was able resolve and restored water to my entire home. He originally had planned to rebuild and replace the bathroom piping that housed the Moen 1224 valve stem. After his initial disassembly, he found that a prior plumber had created so much damage, that he had to adjust and create a new plan. long story short, he did create a new plan that got all of the water flowing throughout my home again. He absolutely resolved my crisis, and I never had to leave my home. He is a great plumber and will quote your repair cost before he starts the work. He is with RS Andrews plumbing services. Thanks for putting him on your team RS Andrews!!!!!

James Roche Jr, was the service tech that came out to my house and he did an excellent job. He was replacing my water heater, but ended up facing numerous obstacles while trying to do the job. He was able to conquer each one without complaining, and he worked straight through the day without taking a break. I’m sure he could have used some help because it was a lot, but he handled everything by himself and got it done. I appreciated his persistence and dedication to his work. What a phenomenal employee!!

We've been working with RS Andrews for a long time...more than 10 years. Frankly, I sort of surprised to say that we have NEVER had anything other than outstanding service. Just recently we had a minor gas leak. We discovered it at 10 pm Saturday. I put a 'request' in to their website not expecting to hear from them until Monday, but they contacted us Sunday morning, sent someone over, and the problem was fixed before noon. If you're seeking and HVAC/plumbing/electrical etc. company, use them. You definitely will not be disappointed!

David showed up on time & began to trouble shoot the problem. The issue was the blower motor wouldn’t turn on when in the on position. He went to the attic where the old(circa 1986) heating system was located. After a while, he came down & said the blower motor wasn’t getting any power to it! He had me go to the basement where the control panel is located. Using our cell phones to communicate, he had me turn off each circuit breaker one-by-one, and then said to turn it back on until he had power to the blower motor again. His excellent diagnostic skills led to a hypothesis: a power surge led to it tripping a circuit breaker, thus causing the blower motor not to turn on. He must have spent in excess of 4 hours in my attic, and the best part of “problem” I didn’t owe RS Andrews anything AND I HAD HEAT IN MY BEDROOM AGAIN‼️🎯 I showed him a “service fee” paid to another “unnamed” competitor who in a prior visit COULD NOT FIX MY ISSUE?!?!?! I took tipped David generously, saying I take good care of people to put in the time & effort to solve my problems/issues. I WILL ONLY CALL R.S. Andrews for heating or A/C issues when they arise‼️ With Gratitude, Stewart

I have been getting high water bills and checked every bathroom and outside but saw no leaks or standing water. I had ATL Watershed to recheck the meter and water was running through the meter when no water was on in the house. Robert shut off the water and checked the meter explaining things to me as he went along. After checking pressure at hot water tank he notices pressure valve and hot water expansion tank needed replacing. Everything working fine now. Thanks
