Professional tech, honest Quote

RS Anfrews is my go-to when I need any home repairs. I've used them for HVAC electrical and plumbing. I am pleased with the service they provide.

I had issues with a large overflow in my downstairs bathroom toilet. Called RSAndrews and they got a technician out the next day at my request. The tech was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The issue was assessed and addressed. The price was a bit more than I wanted to pay but I trust them completely as I have used RSAndrews for years with AC Heat services. I'm sure their comps are like everyone else.

Brandon Smith did an excellent, thorough, efficient job of diagnosing and repairing water tank deficiencies and replacing the defunct circulating pump.

I called another company first but was “speaking” with AI for a few minutes before I finally hung up and called RS Andrews.
A real person answered AND was able to dispatch someone out to us the same day. They even fixed our two issues that very same day as well. Very satisfied new customers. Thank you, Robert!

Mohammed was extremely professional, polite, listened to my concerns. Once he accessed the situation, he said let's find the root cause of my problem. Now, like anyone, I really didn't want to spend $3500 today. However, in the long run it was going to be the best solution. Mohammed walk me through step by step and answered an array of questions. He was absolutely The Best Plumber I have ever had to my house. If I could give him 10 stars I would. RS Andrews has a shinning star in my opinion.

He encountered a small hiccup - no fault of his own - and went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed in a timely fashion and kept me informed every step of the way. Our experience with Paul at RS Andrews Electrical was wonderful. A large branch came down on the wires leading to our house and Georgia Power had to cut electricity until repairs were made. Paul explained everything to us including a timeline for the repairs. Our home is old and needed to be brought up to code. Paul came every day and worked diligently in the Atlanta heat. And my compliments to the RS Andrews staff. Calling a company and getting a robot is so frustrating but there are real people to take your calls at RS Andrews. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Great transaction. David was able to clear out the toilet blockage.

Plumber Robert showed and thoroughly explained the process and what may or may not happen to unclog the kitchen drain. Proceeded to snake the drain which was able to get water moving. Instructed me on how to use a chemical product daily to hopefully further clean the drain. Cost was over. $600 for the roughly 1.5 hours of service and purchase of chemicals ($79).

Once again RS Andrews came through in a time of need. I had a last minute accident happen with my plumbing and RS Andrews was able to come out the same day. The person named Charles was very knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel less anxious because I was worried he wouldnt be able to fix the problem. He did so with flying colors and I am once again a satisfied customer. I have been using RS Andrews for my plumbing and heating (HVAC) for over 5 years and will continue to do so! It doesnt matter the problem they can fix it and they have professioals who work for them.

I called RS Andrews to find out if we might be able to install a humidifier system. They sent Mark D, a really excellent tech who was actually more of a counselor. He reviewed our home and instead of trying to sell us something showed us why our idea was not a good fit. Kudos to Mark and his company for doing the right thing!

I’m in real need for insulation in my attic. R S Andrews representative, Albert Fabelo III, was both courteous and respectful. He is certified NADCA VMT and addressed my concerns with his knowledge. I was very impressed with his manners and confidence. Also, I’ve been very happy with both outdoor and indoor plumbing issues with my plumbing issues.

Service tech Michael Powell was here for AC maintenance. I told him about the persistent mechanical smell coming from the vents throughout the house when AC is on. He had some ideas and did his inspection. He found a couple things that may be causing the issue. This is a new HVAC system in which this should not be happening. Thank you.

What I appreciate most about Blake is his ability to explain everything clearly. He takes the time to discuss any issues, recommended repairs, and associated costs. He's transparent, honest, and never makes me feel pressured to purchase additional products or services.

Neil Johnson is the very best. He is courteous, efficient, thorough, an excellent communicator. Neil did a wonderful job in restoring my Rennai Tankless Water Heater, taking it apart, cleaning all of its elements and flushing the unit. He also advised that I think about upgrading to a new Rennai System within the next year or so, since this one is about 21 years old. Thank you Neil !!

Kwame Kilgore is an excellent and kind guy, he was very efficient at troubleshooting and fixing my gas line issues. He not only corrected my problem, but also checked all the other gas lines and connections on my furnace to make sure that we would be safe, with no other active or potential leaks.

He also showed me where my gas line shut off valve is, and how to safely turn off my line if I have any future concerns about a potential leak.
He is absolutely trustworthy and thorough, and gets the job done right and fast! He’s a five star guy for sure.

Job well done. My hot water wasn't working on my tankless water heater. Loren diagnosed the problem and determined what needed to be done to fix the problem. He replaced a part, completed maintenance and that fixed the problem. He explained everything clearly before he did any work. He also gave me additional information about what I needed to do to keep my water heater efficient. I would recommend.
