I would highly recommend this HVAC company. The tech, Muhammad Shah was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He was also pleasant and explained info well. He wasn’t able to fully repair the issue today but provided a temporary solution until it can be resolved next week.

We've used R S Andrews for our HVAC for over ten years and have always been satisfied with their work. When we had to make a decision about replacing one of our systems, the "comfort specialist" was very thorough in checking out the system, providing and explaining options, and then backing off and giving us time to discuss and decide what we wanted to do. Installation team was on time, professional, and unobtrusive on the day the work took place. Everything works great and we definitely recommend them.

Brandon arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and presented me with options. Once the decision was made to replace the hot water heater and pressure reduction valve, he quickly got to work and was done in a few hours. Upon completion, he showed me what he had done, explained why the pressure needed to be set in the proper range and showed me the new shut off valve. The installation was neat and professional, despite being in a very confined area. I will continue to use RS Andrews for my future plumbing needs and will ask for Brandon the next time I need a technician.

My ac needed repair fast after I noticed an electrical burning smell. I called on a Tuesday and they got someone out the same day. I was happy they could get someone out later in the day around 7pm. Saved me from having to take off from work. David who stopped by was very professional and explained in detail what he was doing and causes of what happened to my ac unit. I am very please with my experience and now my ac unit sounds quieter and no more burning smell.

Mateo was the good fixing my air conditioner. He was very knowledgable and thorough.

Upstairs air conditioner stopped working. Technician name Terrell came out. He was very friendly and personable. He tracked do the problem to an outdoor circuit breaker located near the air conditioner unit. He replaced the circuit breaker which solved the problem. He worked quickly to get things up and running and I was very please with his work.

I was very happy with David Rosati. Me and my family were very unhappy with our unit shutting down in the middle of the hottest time of the year. But I will say David Rosati made me feel a lot better. It's hard to trust techs of any kind, but I will say that I trust David Rosati! I'm was very happy with him.

While many others (7visits) focused on indoor issues, David started outdoors and quickly identified weaknesses in compressor power lines connections. He corrected them and the system is running smoothly 🤞

Robert Kervey and Marcus did an excellent job of diagnosing issues causing kitchen sink to drain. While cutting open 3” line, discovered blocked lines packed with grease and slug. Two lines were completely replaced. They estimated a two day job but were able to finish by working into 9 pm.

Service tech Michael Powell was here for AC maintenance. I told him about the persistent mechanical smell coming from the vents throughout the house when AC is on. He had some ideas and did his inspection. He found a couple things that may be causing the issue. This is a new HVAC system in which this should not be happening. Thank you.

They did an insulation job in the roof. our home immediately had a great balance in the temperatures in every room. This particular plumber is one of the best I have ever had from any plumbing company. Mr. James Mays actually prevented me from having to seek shelter in some costly hotel or motel room. I had been without running water in my home for nearly seven days before he was able resolve and restored water to my entire home. He originally had planned to rebuild and replace the bathroom piping that housed the Moen 1224 valve stem. After his initial disassembly, he found that a prior plumber had created so much damage, that he had to adjust and create a new plan. long story short, he did create a new plan that got all of the water flowing throughout my home again. He absolutely resolved my crisis, and I never had to leave my home. He is a great plumber and will quote your repair cost before he starts the work. He is with RS Andrews plumbing services. Thanks for putting him on your team RS Andrews!!!!!

Our HVAC was not working, and despite it being late on a Saturday, Terrell came out, assessed the issue, and quickly identified the root cause. I have a wife and two young children, and no AC in the summer is a terrible experience in GA. Terrell really was a lifesaver.

Nick H did a fantastic job. He came on a Friday afternoon in August and replaced the part that was ordered, eliminating the freon leak. He spent about 5 hours completing the job. He is very knowledgeable and professional and I was very impressed.

My technician James did an incredible job. I initially had a membership with a different company. (Assured Comfort) who came out to do maintenance but would check the drain connected to my AC, it clogged and flooded and ruin my ceiling. They sent two technicians in three days that couldn’t help me, prolonging the process of repairing my ceiling because there was still water inside my AC, and Duct that they failed to fix. So what did I do? I called RS Andrews. Our technician James responded out, made sure everything was clear and operable, documented everything correctly, and referred us to the department who’ll be out to make the repairs. James was very knowledgeable and they officially have a new customer. Might I add that they DO check drains during maintenance unlike other companies but I would definitely recommend RS Andrews.

Paul and his associate were able to fix a problem that several people had turned down as being “too hard to figure out” and “would take too much time”. So I was very pleased that they were able to find the problem and fix it! I would definitely hire them again and also would not hesitate to refer to others.

Our AC went out, and Nick was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he diagnose and fix our current issue, but he also discovered several installation flaws from when the system was put in a few years ago. He spent several hours meticulously bringing our unit back up to proper condition—even resolving a long-standing airflow issue in our house that we’ve had to deal with for years. Nick was super smart, super nice, and extremely helpful. I can't recommend this company and Nick highly enough!

Robert Hervey and his assistant Marcus installed my Rinnai Sensei Tankless Water Heater. The job and time it took for the installation were completed very quickly and and both men were very competent as plumbing professionals. A few days after the installation was performed, there was a very minor issue that developed with the water heater. Robert returned to address the issue in a timely manner and was able to make the proper adjustments with my Rinnai Water Heater without a problem. Both times that Robert visited by property he showed up on time and ready to work. I was very pleased with his work ethic and that of Marcus and would consider using them for plumbing work in the future.

I had the opportunity to get my HVAC unit serviced by RS Andrews and I must say the Blake the Technician that they sent out was super knowledgeable! My unit was throwing some codes and Blake took his time inspecting my unit to make sure we got down to the bottom of my it was throwing codes. He educating me throughout the whole process and made sure I was aware of any maintenance that may be required. I even had questions on the type of filters I was using and how to properly replace it without ripping the filter up just to take it out. Blake was kind enough to walk me through the whole process and trust me it was burning up in my little garage so for him to be so kind and patience with me and my 1 million questions was really sweet! Hopefully I don’t have to call RS Andrews again anytime soon, because my Unit is all up and running now, but if I do make sure to send Blake back he was surely a standup & knowledgeable Technician!
