Brian did a great job and was very respectful.The only reason I didn't use the service is because it's just too expensive. It shouldn't cost $534.00 to replace a simple garbage disposal that cost about a $130.00. He does not set the prices though so I do not fault him personally! If I had a more complex issue going on something that required real plumbing expertise, I would have definitely considered using Brian and RS Andrews if they were somewhat competitive with their pricing.

Anthony French and his colleague came to my house this week for a standard A/C service check. They discovered two issues that needed attention and came inside to tell me. I gave them permission to proceed on both of the items because I knew nothing had ever been done to the outside A/C unit. They were able to perform the tasks. Anthony and his colleague were both very professional and polite. It was a pleasure having them perform the service call.

Luis was courteous and professional. He did a thorough check on my systems. He explained all that he did. I was very pleased with his performance.

Henry and his crew did a terrific job installing two new Lennox HVAC systems in my home. All the installers were very polite and careful and worked very hard to make sure that everything was perfect. They explained what they had done, and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the results. Daniel Magnus was the salesman who determined the equipment best suited for my needs and suggested that changes in the ducts would solve some heating issues. His recommendations were right on target. I highly recommend RS Andrews. My only regret is that I did not call the company sooner.

Undersink plumbing repairs done quickly and completely. He had all he needed in work van. He had to reroute conduit and drainage hoses to accommodate new dishwasher.

I called RS Andrew's due to a burning smell coming from the HVAC vents. Mr. Kilgore was the tech who worked on the unit. He was very knowledgeable and detailed. He made sure everything was checked that could possibly be the cause of the burn smell.

Brandon did a wonderful job replacing my water heater expansion tank and a couple of faucet cartridges around my house. I will definitely use RS Andrews again moving forward.

Kwame Kilgore came out to do my furnace maintenance today. This was my first time using R.S. Andrews. Kwame is so nice and very knowledgeable. He changed my thermostat batteries, checked my smoke detectors, attic insulation and explained the furnace filter ratings and settings on my thermostat. I’ve never had an HVAC technician do any of those things when servicing my furnace or A/C! I’m so impressed with this young man. I’m sold on R.S. Andrews.

ERIC DID A GOOD JOB OF RESPONDING TO AN URGENT CALL FOR A SHUTOFF VALVE NOT CLOSING AND LEAD TO WATER LEAKING AT THE SPIGOT AND ENTERING THE BASEMENT THROUGH THE SILL PLATE. ONCE HE IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM I HAD HIM INSTALL TWO 45-DEGREE SHUT OFF VALVE ON TWO OF THE THREE SPIGOT (IT WAS COST PROHIBITIVE FOR THE THIRD VALVE) AT THIS TIME. THE COSTS WAS ON THE EXTREMELY HIGH END WHEN I DID A POST COMPARISON FOR THE SAME ITEMS AT THE BOX STORES AND USING SHARK BITE 1/4 TURN SHUTOFF VALVES (I COULD HAVE SAVED MYSELF OVER $650 DOLLARS ON THIS JOB ALONE. HOWEVER, THE COSTS BRINGS REPAIR WARRANTY, HOME WARRANTY APPROVAL AND COMPLETENESS IN ONE SHOT VERSUS UTUBE UNIVERSITY AND MY DIY CAPABILITY. ERIC DID A GOOD JOB IN DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM CORRECTLY, INSTALLING A NEW SHUT OFF VALVE AS THE PROBLEM WAS THE SHUTOFF VALVE WAS A BALLAST STYLE TURN-HANDLE WITH THE RUBBER WASHER THAT NO LONGER CLOSED THE LINE. WE WILL KEEP CALLING ON R.S. ANDREWS FOR OUR PLUMBING NEEDS AS LONG AS WE CAN AFFORD THE REPAIRS.

I had issues with a large overflow in my downstairs bathroom toilet. Called RSAndrews and they got a technician out the next day at my request. The tech was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The issue was assessed and addressed. The price was a bit more than I wanted to pay but I trust them completely as I have used RSAndrews for years with AC Heat services. I'm sure their comps are like everyone else.

A unique bathroom sink faucet had a small leak requiring a special part. I had bought it as part of a bathroom renovation 20 years ago and didn't know the name or the manufacturer. Before James could do the repair, he had to search the internet to find the name of the faucet and then locate the part. He did both and was able to do the repair, leaving everything in pristine condition.

Set an appointment for today about six weeks ago. Received a text three days before my scheduled appointment. Nice reminder heads up. The morning of the appointment I received a text from my technician, Ivan, that he was on his way. Ivan was even early of the suggested appointment window. Ivan performed service on my three HVAC systems. Ivan outlined what he would be doing today and offered tips to get the best out of my systems and recommended potential added service in the future as my HVAC system ages. Ivan as always, was friendly, courteous, treats my home with respect and professional. Solid, dependable service. Thanks Ivan. Appreciate your wisdom and honesty. I will ask for you again.

Mr. Crosby of RS Andrews is a true professional in his field. I had an issue with my furnace that was created by a previous contractor. When Mr. Crosby arrived, I explained my problem to him. He immediately inspected my system and was able to correct it not long after. Not only that, he was able to diagnose another issue that may have created my problem in the first place. I'm very grateful to Mr. Crosby and RS Andrews for their assistance. I highly recommend RS Andrews and Mr. Crosby to assist you should if you encounter an AC problem.

It was for a water leak. Mr. Chris Jones came on a Friday night late, detected the problem and solved it. He was very patient and very clear in his communication. Also, he was very helpful in connecting us with the needed next steps. I appreciated his professional expertise, his professional manner and his kindness.

Max B. is their best field service agent. He should honestly start his own business. It’s rare for technicians to be sufficiently sociable while still highly technical. Installed a whole new panel for us.

Mr Mays was a great plumber and a very nice guy. He did his work and explained everything along the way. When he finished, he asked me at least 3-4 times if I had any questions. I feel very confident in his work. I would like to see Mr Mays when I have any plumbing issues.

RS Andrews did an excellent job and helped improve my air quality with an ultraviolet light in the downstairs furnace. I had previously had one installed upstairs and after 8 years, no mold. but after seeing the mold that accumulated downstairs RS Andrews Installed an ultraviolet light in that furnace system. Well worth the investment!

He checked out both heat pumps and the three zones in my house and assured me all was working properly, a necessity with 24 degree weather. Both David Rosati and Amber Magnus were exceptional! Nakia again was very thorough checking out the heating system. Ivan Medina was prompt and thorough in maintaining the AC system. He explained what he was doing and why some part needed to be replaced. He showed me the readings of the failing parts and the readings on the replacement parts.

I accidentally dropped a full tube of Aquafor in my toilet as it was flushing. I couldn't get it out but was afraid of it clogging the system. The plumber Jonathan came and in a few minutes got it out. Very professional and friendly and did the job quickly.

Mr. Raymond was excellent. He reviewed the findings and shared photos of the various conditions of the furnace. He was very knowledgeable about the unit and did not pressure for an answer. He gave me time to confer with my relatives about such a costly purchase without objection. Upon my decision, he answered my questions about the process and scheduled the job for the next day!!! Ivan outlined what he would be doing today and offered tips to get the best out of my systems and recommended potential added service in the future as my HVAC system ages.
