He added vibration dampers to help with the noise the system was making and then proceeded to make sure it was working well. This was very much appreciated as we have been experiencing temperatures as low a 8 degrees. I'm always happy when David comes to service our HVAC. Terrell Thomas was very thorough and professional. i was very pleased with his service. He checked out both heat pumps and the three zones in my house and assured me all was working properly, a necessity with 24 degree weather. Both David Rosati and Amber Magnus were exceptional! Amber Magnus was very professional and quite helpful and knowledgeable! David was very thorough and did a great job as usual for R.S. Andrews employees. David explained everything he was doing and I enjoyed the time he spent explaining everything. Terrell did a great job and explained all he was doing and why the capacitor needed to be replaced. i was very happy with him. Nick Husley did a very thorough job. He was prompt, friendly, and answered all questions wel. Nikia was very thorough in checking out the AC system. I feel he was extremely honest in pointing out future repairs that may be needed. Nakia again was very thorough checking out the heating system. Ivan Medina was prompt and thorough in maintaining the AC system. He explained what he was doing and why some part needed to be replaced. He showed me the readings of the failing parts and the readings on the replacement parts.

This experience was wonderful. My estimate and replacement of broken hot water heater were done on the same day. The polite, professional and respectful installer, Loren Palmer, was on time and ready to replace the hot water heater that had flooded my basement the day before. Another RS Andrews installer, Aidan showed up almost immediately with the new tank. The old tank was removed, the new tank installed, the basement was wet vacuumed, and the area was left clean. With Loren Palmer's assistance I was approved for financing within 30 minutes. Loren Palmer, with the assistance of Aidan, went above and beyond what I ever expected. Thank you so much!

I called two months in advance (I wanted to make sure I beat any last minute rush) for my annual AC maintenance. A week before the set date I was informed of the upcoming visit. The day of the appointment I was notified by text that the technician, Ivan, was on his way. The window appointment time was 8-10 AM. Ivan arrived at 8 AM. I currently have a service agreement that helps in the overall cost of routine maintenance. Ivan checked out all three of my AC systems thoroughly. Fortunately all units were in good shape with only air filters needed. Ivan has been my go to technician for many years now. He is courteous, professional, and honest. He is respectful of my home. He addresses my concerns and looks out for my budget, but also looks out for that fact my systems are in top working shape. Thank you Ivan and RS Andrews.

Michael came out today to perform HVAC maintenance. From the time he arrived he was very professional and even put on shoe covers upon entering the home. My hot water heater went out in the evening. I called R. S. Andrews. This is my first time dealing with them. Next day Todd arrived on time and was very professional. He replaced my hot water heater in less than two hours and did a great job. I was very impressed with his product knowledge, not only his product line, but also with the system he was replacing, which R. S. Andrews does not carry. Neil did a spectacular job repairing our main water line leak. We had struggled for months trying to locate an underground leak, and on the day it was located, we scheduled Neil for a last minute visit. He literally dug in, uncovered and repaired the leak. Highly recommended, a personable and knowledgeable individual.

Michael Powell is a knowledgeable and friendly technician. Every time he's come to our home for service and maintenance, he's always professional, takes his time and explains what he's doing. He also makes suggestions and answers any and all questions you might have. I defiantly recommend Michael Powell and want to continue to use him as our trusted HVAC technician.

They contacted me and refunded the trip charge! When I called, I told them exactly what I needed done. Instead of telling me they couldn’t do that, they sent a plumbing technician to my house anyway, and then charged me a $99 trip charge. The technician told me they couldn’t do what I needed, and when I called twice to request a refund, the person I needed to talk to wasn’t available and hasn’t called me back.

Once again, Ivan is THE MAN!!

We have an older shower, and Brennan was able to find the parts to repair it. He answered all of our questions and explained everything well.

Michael did a great job servicing my HVAC systems. He came out to address a foul smell and ended up diagnosing that the dehumidifier wasn’t wired correctly. He fixed the issue, and since then the smell is completely gone. The dehumidifier is now working properly, and the house is cooling as it should. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing. I’d definitely recommend him, RS Andrew’s, if you’re having HVAC issues.

All three of the gentlemen that came out to service my system (Colin French), sales (Ladarian Raymond) and installation (Carlos Perry) were all very knowledgeable about the equipment. They had excellent customer service and were thorough in their explanation of the systems. The company returns your calls and set appointments in a timely manner. I have used them in the past and they have always delivered the same outstanding service.

April 21, 2026: Well, R.S. Andrews came to my rescue again. This time I needed the water supply lines to 2 of my toilets replaced as per my homeowners insurance company. Loren, the RS Andrews plumber, was able to replace both lines with only a slight hiccup in one of the lines. He did an excellent job and detailed everything in my receipt so that I could forward my receipt to the insurance company. Loren was awesome. Thank you RS Andrews for saving the day….again. February 2026: Will Macon was totally awesome! I’m a caregiver for my 89 year old mother who just came out of the hospital on Sunday. Our furnace went out on Tuesday. I called R. S. Andrews on Tuesday. Will was at our home on Wednesday morning. He examined our system and got us a GREAT DEAL on a new furnace and AC. It was awesome. The new system was installed on Thursday. After having a couple other companies look at our plumbing and tell us they "couldn't" fix our problem (we have a mixture of stainless steel & cooper pipes; virtually unheard of for residential!), we tried R.S. Andrews. Their attitude from the start was "How can we help" and they found a solution! Not only did they solve that problem, but we've used them for all plumbing and HVAC needs since because the folks provide great service at a fair price!

All the Techs that R S Andrews has sent were very courteous and professional. All details for the repairs were explained along with any follow up visits. Any costs were explained before the Techs came out. I would recommend R S Andrews to anyone who needs home repair.

Brian Turner, technician, and his assistant did an excellent job of diagnosing a gas leak at my water heater and redesigning a more efficient setup and replacing the water heater. It was a huge all day job and they worked tirelessly to make sure things were improved and safe. He was excellent at explaining every step and the reason for the changes. He also repaired other small issues in tub and outdoor faucets.

Mohammed (Mo) was great! Knowledgable, which all their techs seem to be). And respectful and polite above others (which they are all). But he stands out!

Colin did an AMAZING job for us today. He was early, efficient and professional.

Luis was excellent. He always services our units. He pays close attention to details, and he is very thorough. Luis is amazing.
