My hot water heater went out in the evening. I called R. S. Andrews. This is my first time dealing with them. Next day Todd arrived on time and was very professional. He replaced my hot water heater in less than two hours and did a great job. I was very impressed with his product knowledge, not only his product line, but also with the system he was replacing, which R. S. Andrews does not carry. I highly recommend their products and services. Second Review: Dec. 2025 Hey RS Andrews, so you know, Ivan did a great job. He arrived on time, performed a routine maintenance check. He gave us some good advice for us to watch for in maintaining our system. He also told us about the special deal offered by you guys for heating and air conditioning. We signed up for it. Our AC / Heater finally threw in the towel after 11 years of keeping us warm in the winters and cool in the summers, so I finally had to call the people who sold it to us, RS Andrews. They gave it an autopsy and pronounced it was a goner. So of course, I ordered another one. Looking forward to another 11 years with RS Andrews.

Chris came out for my bi-annual maintenance on my HVAC. After completing the maintenance he let me know about parts that may need replacing in the next few months. He gave me all of my options with their estimates. He was very respectful and knowledgeable.

The service technician Alberto Fabelo arrived within the alloted time frame. He was very polite yet professional and experienced explaining the issues he found with my AC units. Also explaining Maintenance on my part that could prevent future issues. We have three properties and a family business that RS Andrew's has supplied HVAC systems and serviced for the last six years. They too are a family owned business and have followed up with us (like small businesses used to) on a few occasions to make sure we were happy with their products & services!

Jonathan Chapman came to work on my garbage disposer that was not working and had my dishwasher backing up water. I decided to ask him to about a shower head that I had thought of putting in my guest shower. Jonathan was also helping to train an apprentice. I kept hoping that I would not need to replace the garbage disposal. Jonathan cleared up the clog in my garbage disposal and replaced the shower head. They checked my water heater and found that the water pressure was too high because we had added a piece on the water heater. He turned down the pressure and performed these 3 items for the price of the water heater. My husband has Parkinson and cannot do anything. Most helpful were the notes on having these items checked in the future.

The technician is a professional craftsman, polite, on the point. He made all installments quite fast. I paid what was agreed earlier. 5 stars out of 5.

New Service - 11/26/2025. After I started to replace a faucet yesterday and was unable to remove the old one (it was a booger!) James Roche Jr. came out to do the job. It turned out to be more involved than expected, but James got the old faucet out, put the new one in and replaced the p-trap. It took a while (including a trip to the store for parts), but he moved along well, got the job done, cleaned up and left. The price was fair and everything looks and works well. New service - 3/7/25. Our kitchen drain overflowed last night. Called RSA in the morning and they had Christopher Jones out before lunchtime. He snaked the line and recommended an enzyme-based drain cleaner. Friendly, professional and efficient. 2nd update: We elected to get a new tank. Zeek came out and removed the old tank before the work in our basement and retuned to install a new one. He worked quicly to install the new one and explained everything when he was done. A very good experience. Update: Zeek came out: We have to temporarily relocate our water heater for some work in our basement. He was professional, explained everything that needed to be done and checked several things. RS Andrews had previously installed a water heater, done some related plumbing upgrades and run a new supply from the water meter to the house and all has been good. They've also installed a new toilet that I bought. In addition to the toilet, the supply line from inside the wall had to be replaced. Today, we noticed water on the garage floor and called R.S. Andrews. Their guy Jaime was out quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also recommended a company to check for water damage and determine any additional work. Jaime was very professional and explained all he did plus some other work we should consider.

Mr Coverson was knowledgeable, efficient, diagnosed the problem and had what was needed to make the repair. Would definitely recommend hin

Tim Golden performed the cooling system maintenance today. He was prompt, professional and friendly. The maintenance was completed in a timely manner. He said the cooling system is good shape. He also informed me how often duct cleaning should be done. This is my third job by RS Andrews. I have been completely satisfied each time and will continue to use their services.

Brandon is an excellent plumber and his work is of the highest quality. Nevertheless, the price I had to pay for the service was very high.

Brian did a great job and was very respectful.The only reason I didn't use the service is because it's just too expensive. It shouldn't cost $534.00 to replace a simple garbage disposal that cost about a $130.00. He does not set the prices though so I do not fault him personally! If I had a more complex issue going on something that required real plumbing expertise, I would have definitely considered using Brian and RS Andrews if they were somewhat competitive with their pricing.

He double checked the work while it was in progress to make sure it was accomplished correctly. I was informed about the work during every major step. Anthony French and his colleague came to my house this week for a standard A/C service check. They discovered two issues that needed attention and came inside to tell me. I gave them permission to proceed on both of the items because I knew nothing had ever been done to the outside A/C unit. They were able to perform the tasks. Anthony and his colleague were both very professional and polite. It was a pleasure having them perform the service call.

Henry and his crew did a terrific job installing two new Lennox HVAC systems in my home. All the installers were very polite and careful and worked very hard to make sure that everything was perfect. Daniel Magnus was the salesman who determined the equipment best suited for my needs and suggested that changes in the ducts would solve some heating issues. His recommendations were right on target. Undersink plumbing repairs done quickly and completely. He had all he needed in work van. He had to reroute conduit and drainage hoses to accommodate new dishwasher.

I called RS Andrew's due to a burning smell coming from the HVAC vents. Mr. Kilgore was the tech who worked on the unit. He was very knowledgeable and detailed. He made sure everything was checked that could possibly be the cause of the burn smell.

Brandon did a wonderful job replacing my water heater expansion tank and a couple of faucet cartridges around my house. I will definitely use RS Andrews again moving forward.

Received our fall maintenance of the furnaces this afternoon. Serviceman arrived quickly and early to do the work. Very, very professional and answered all of our questions. I have been a customer of RS Andrews for many years. I have had the pleasure of working with some honest, informative, efficient, and dependable technicians. They investigated and fixed problems or completed maintenance in a timely manner from my a/c and heating services, hot water tank replacement, to my plumbing issues. They even offered solutions to possibly circumvent further issues. I want to highlight 3 people in particular- Terrell Thomas, Brandon Smith, and David Stitt. I believe they each respectfully serviced my home as if it was their own. This is extremely important to me because my family and their comfort is invaluable. Thanks RS Andrews.
