I have been a customer of RSAndrews for 11 years, and have always had exceptional and professional service. Toilets fixed, showers fixed for no hot water, eventually a hot water heater replacement, fixtures replaced, always immaculate. This week I discovered from my utility company I have a leak alarm. Monday, Brennan arrives to diagnose, recommends leak detection company, Tuesday leak company recommends a line replacement but detects very (dangerous) pressure in my house. I reach out to Brennan, and he reassured me I will be on his Wednesday schedule to address. He arrived on the afternoon of New Years Eve to replace my expansion tank and resolve the danger. Next week they will be back to replace the water line and resolve my leak. I’m very thankful to Brennan and RSA for making me feel safe in my home this week. A++ for company and the expert plumber Brennan!

RS Andrews has made the process of moving into a new, OLD house so much easier. Out house was built in the 1960's, so we needed to update our insulation, get our HVAC system serviced and the ducts cleaned. RS Andrews made getting all the estimates and work done easy and fast! Patrick was a great technician and covered the services offered and suggested the most appropriate services. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He really made the process painless and gave me peace of mind that RS Andrews was capable of doing the job and making it easy to manage. Marshall, Terry and Joell did an amazing and efficient job at insulating my home. They used blow in fiberglass insulation in the attic, batten insulation around the attic fan and in the basement and subfloor. The three member crew worked in tandem and completed all the work within 5 hours. They were all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They really made the whole process easy. My house is an RS Andrews house now!

Jon did a great job of replacing my hot water heater! My hot water tank is located in a closet at the end of a hallway, leaving very little room to work around. Jon was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of this job, and his workmanship and dedication to his profession was very admirable. There were several challenging situations that he handled, and the finished install looks great.

The plumber, Daniel, took time to thoroughly diagnose the issue with water leaking under the sink in the kitchen. He also checked my dishwasher to ensure it was not leaking. He fixed the leak and showed me what to keep my eyes on. I appreciate his honesty and the time he took to explain the issue.

R.S. Andrews 10 year warranty on my sewer line repair proved they go way above and beyond to correct a problem caused by one of their employees. It's too long a story. Readers Digest version. We had a major Sewer line line repair done in 2022. It stopped working correctly and we had to have the line redone and added 2 additional components to finally make it work correctly. it took 4/5 weeks to get it fully corrected and repaired but we are now good for the next 50 years. RS Andrews is a totally trustworthy and extremely honorable company and they 100% per cent warranty their jobs for 10 years. I can highly recommend them for both major and minor jobs. I called for service at 9:00 on a Saturday and the technician was here by 9:45. He called before he came and I received a phone call from the RS Andrews saying he was on his way. We have used RS Andrews services for over 30 years at two different homes. Whether HVAC, plumbing or electrical, they always are on time, friendly and competent. We have an annual HVAC maintenance contract that includes a discount on any other service we have them perform. Very responsive and reasonable pricing for anything from having an electrician come just to change the bulbs in our ceiling lights to replacement of our water heater and furnace. I can't recommend them enough.

I had a great experience with this company. The staff answering the phones, the men who installed the furnace, and the staff that performed maintenance and offered quotes were all so polite and professional.

I had a water heater installed on 5 Oct 2022. The whole process was very easy. The technician, Taylor Allen, was on time. He was very professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way. After installation he explained the things I should do that can extend the lifef the new water heater (such as draining the tank every two years and replacing the thermal expansion tank every four years). Overall I was very pleased with the job.
