Our satisfaction guarantee is offered to ensure confidence in the quality of our services. This guarantee applies only to services performed directly by our company and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
The satisfaction guarantee covers workmanship issues reported within 30 days from the date of service completion, and covers workmanship and the performance of installed components. If you are not satisfied due to a service-related concern, we will make reasonable efforts to address and correct the issue at no additional labor cost.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Pre-existing conditions, system age, or normal wear and tear.
- Manufacturer defects or equipment failures unrelated to installation or service workmanship.
- Issues arising from lack of maintenance, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Acts of nature, power surges, or electrical issues.
- Modifications or repairs by unauthorized personnel.
- Delays or performance issues caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, supply chain disruptions, or third-party services.
- Manufacturer Warranties - This guarantee does not constitute a manufacturer's warranty and does not cover the future performance of older equipment.
- Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers, not R.S. Andrews Services Inc. We assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms, coverage decisions, or warranty claim outcomes.
Any claims under this guarantee must be submitted in writing within the applicable guarantee period. Our liability is limited solely to re-performance of the original service. Refunds, replacements, or additional compensation are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion.
