Brandan delivered the customer care I expected. I am very satisfied with his work performance and detailed attention he gave to improve the performance of my hot water tank. I mentioned to Brandan my tub faucet was leaking and he did not hesitate to inspect the leak and repair the leak right away. I was happy to get both my hot water tank flushed and the leak repaired during Brandan’s visit. He followed up with explanation of causes and preventive work he did to improve the life span of my hot water tank. He had the right parts on his truck to fix the leak. So, I saw he was prepared to offer customer service when necessary. Brandan was pleasant and courteous. I welcome Brandan back again for future services. I always appreciate R S Andrews time and response management systems because I’m always notified when the technician is in route to my home. James was the absolute best! He was very knowledgeable and super informative on the plumbing that needed to be fixed! He was super trustworthy and very thorough while doing the work being completed! I had the most unusual electrical gremlin at my house. Justin was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I cannot speak highly enough of the effort he put into finding the gremlin. He never gave up and found the issue preventing me from having to rewire the entire upstairs. I cannot thank Justin enough.
