Ezekiel was on time, professional, courteous, and provided us with information as to what he needed to do and was going to do to provide maintenance for our tankless water heater. He answered our questions and was sure that we understood everything and needed nothing further prior to his leaving.

I was able to get a same day appointment. I did have to pay for expensive leak detection repair, as $99 only covers their trip to u, any tools and the charges begin. I could not get the water line to show leakage after turning the water line off, so that was why leak detection was necessary. It was in same spot as 3 years ago. Mohamad was able to repair the line. Mohamad was courteous and remained calm, over my outrage about pricing. Hope u know where your leak is before calling. Good luck. I'm 80 year old senior, I did get 5 per cent discount. I'm smiling today.
