My technician, Xavier, communicated what needed to be completed with this service and worked efficiently to do so. He also gave a tip to me on making filter changing easier-turn off the furnace and THEN pull out the filter so that air movement stops.

Crew lead by Kadonna and Chris installed two AC’s and two new furnaces within a day. The two furnaces were located on separate floors. Care was taken to protect our carpet and floors. Technicians took there time to explain how they charged the AC’s, used nitrogen to clear clog condensation lines. Following installations, they demonstrated what was done, maintenance of furnaces, and operation of newly installed thermostats.
