Victor's name was not listed on the initial site to leave a review. I'm not sure why. He was very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. The 5 stars is for our experience with him. Unfortunately for us, the diagnosis is a shot compressor, which meant we have to be handed off to someone else. While we were shocked and surprised to get a same day visit on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, Victor called in our request for the next step. Despite the information that we have someone in the house with a medical condition that will out her in the hospital should she get overheated, I am sitting here at 10:10 at night not having heard from anyone. I understand that it is a holiday weekend, but we were kind of left thinking that it would not take long for us to hear from someone - even if only to schedule the next step - so that was kind of a bummer. Nonetheless, I am still quite pleased with the lady who took my call this morning, the fact that we were even able to reach someone on a holiday weekend, that we got a same day visit on a holiday weekend, and our experience with Victor - and that counts for a lot despite the less-than-ideal ending to today's story.

My water heater broke unexpectedly and I called RS Andrews for a quote. Due to some faulty valves in the house I had to turn the water off at the street. Their plumber, Eric Sanchez, came as soon as possible and stayed until the job was done even though it was well after working hours on a holiday weekend. The price was very reasonable. Will definitely recommend this company in the future. Eric, thank you for working late to get the water back on for my family!

I had my annual AC maintenance completed by Calvin Russell from RS Andrews, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service! Calvin was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing. He identified that my capacitors needed replacing and handled it quickly and efficiently, making sure my system will run smoothly through the season. I called RS Andresws and scheduled an appointment for plumbing issues. “RS Andrews sent out Mohamed, and he did an excellent job fixing my plumbing issue. He was professional, efficient and knowledgeable made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend!

"Our technician(Charlie McQueen III),was a lifesaver! We had a confusing A107 error code on our new Rheem hybrid water heater after it was installed because the leak sensor got wet. Charlie diagnosed the issue immediately, and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained how the system works and what we needed to do to get the sensor completely dry. Thanks to his help, we were able to clear the error code and get our unit running perfectly. Highly recommend!

Smelled a slight gas leak and repairman Ivan Medina performed leak search on gas line connected and discovered leak at the flare on flex line. He replaced flex gas line and rechecked for gas leak. No gas was detected after replacing line. Repaired under warranty so no charge. Many Thanks, James ( a very satisfied customer).

Had a tremendous experience with RS Andrews and Keyshawn J. We had another company out to check a problem after a leak and they reported back "nothing wrong except your system is old and needs a replacement". Then 24 hours later the system stopped working. Called RS Andrews...they sent Keyshawn the same day...then he proceeded to not only diagnose & fix the problem, but assured us our unit still has a little life left. AND RS Andrews didn't even charge us for the visit because they have a "free second opinion" policy. Will definitely be contacting RS Andrews when it's time for a new system. Appreciate the great service and Keyshawn was helpful, polite, explained everything in detail & earned our trust.

RS Andrews sent their HVAC Technician Jonathan Balom who did an amazing job of serving our A/C unit that was blowing hot air on short notice. He replaced the worn out capacitor with a new one, so we didn't have to replace our old A/C unit. RS Andrews is a trustworthy company that I would recommend for Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical issues. Thank God I heard about these guys from the radio ads because what they say delivering smiles is true. They definitely delivered a smile for us.

She took the time to answer all my questions and to help me understand what work needed to be done to install a new HVAC and why. Excellent! Jose was our technician and he was GREAT. Very personable, knowledgeable, and hardworking. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. His assistant, Justin, was also great. They replaced the booster fan and other piping in our laundry room. They left the laundry room very clean and then took time to answer our questions and review their work. Highly recommend.

Since the first day I contacted RS Andrews, the service has been top notch! From the attentiveness of the customer service person responding to the calls, to Thomas who came out for the repairs.
