After having a pretty bad experience with a previous RS Andrew’s tech (see below) I will say that working with Nick was refreshing. He kept me posted the entire time during the work process. He was extremely clear in his communication and apologetic for the behavior of the other tech (not something he needed to apologize for). He stayed to make sure that everything worked as it should prior to leaving and was extremely thoughtful and polite in the way he communicated to me and helped me arrive at a decision. I could not have asked for a better technician and am extremely grateful for his professionalism and his outstanding work.

Second time I have had this issue despite having the service plan and having had spent nearly a grand when it was a supposed heat pump talking to panel issue and had to have whole new panel installed on a new HVAC system. Now that winter has come back around after my Winter Service my heat began running all the time. Today’s technician could not explain to me why when I set my heat on 65 it would continue to run even when it got to above 65. He thought he fixed it yet I alerted it to him that the system has once again reset once he had worked on the unit outside and was ready to walk out the door. I now am awaiting a call from RS Andrews for another technician (no 2nd tech fee at least) just an electric bill that is 3 times its normal rate and a house that keeps trying to heat and no clear explanation. Technician was extremely polite but concerned about service needs especially given what I have paid. However I came to learn that the technician did not note that someone needed to come back out. No one called me. I called and there are no notes. They can not get a hold of the technician after I called for the second time.
