Sun. Jan. 11, 2026 3:00 P. M. This is my original survey text I sent Mon Dec. 29, 2025 3:44 P. M. after service was completed, text returned and R. S. Andrews sent me website to post survey. R. S. Andrews Technicians Luke & (Amir, who was in training) were absolutely great. Luke called me as Nick told me he would. They were prompt, courteous, and presented well. No problem when I mention to wear shoe covering (booties). They checked out all they were looking for to start and complete job. Luke is a great, skilled, and to the point guy. Amir listened, took notice to what Luke requested of him, so the process was thoroughly done right. Luke did not mind me asking questions and answered extremely well. He made me aware of a possible hazard he came upon in the chimney. He was able to relay information over the phone to homeowner, Mr. C., who was on his way home. He also told Mr. C. he had tightened a loose wire on wall by dryer. We thanked them both. We were/are pleased with R. S. Andrews service and we will definitely refer them to others.
