Set an appointment for today about six weeks ago. Received a text three days before my scheduled appointment. Nice reminder heads up. The morning of the appointment I received a text from my technician, Ivan, that he was on his way. Ivan was even early of the suggested appointment window. Ivan performed service on my three HVAC systems. Ivan outlined what he would be doing today and offered tips to get the best out of my systems and recommended potential added service in the future as my HVAC system ages. Mr. Crosby of RS Andrews is a true professional in his field. I had an issue with my furnace that was created by a previous contractor. When Mr. Crosby arrived, I explained my problem to him. He immediately inspected my system and was able to correct it not long after. Not only that, he was able to diagnose another issue that may have created my problem in the first place.
