Brandan delivered the customer care I expected. I am very satisfied with his work performance and detailed attention he gave to improve the performance of my hot water tank. I mentioned to Brandan my tub faucet was leaking and he did not hesitate to inspect the leak and repair the leak right away. I was happy to get both my hot water tank flushed and the leak repaired during Brandan’s visit. He followed up with explanation of causes and preventive work he did to improve the life span of my hot water tank. He had the right parts on his truck to fix the leak.
