Brian Turner, technician, and his assistant did an excellent job of diagnosing a gas leak at my water heater and redesigning a more efficient setup and replacing the water heater. It was a huge all day job and they worked tirelessly to make sure things were improved and safe. He was excellent at explaining every step and the reason for the changes. He also repaired other small issues in tub and outdoor faucets.

I contacted RS Andrews to address a water leak around my water meter which resulted in a 2000-gallon increase in my water usage. Pau came out an dug up the area around the meter and found the cause of the leak. He explained what he would need to do to fix it, and the cost of the fix. The cost was more than I had hoped to pay, but the quality of the work was excellent and resolved the issue. I liked that Pau was very professional and took the time to explain the issue and the fix for the issue and answered all my questions.
