11/13/2025 : Jonathan who usually provides furnace /air conditioner maintenance for my home helped me with a back-up emergency today. Even though it was his day off Jonathan made arrangements for an R. S. Andrews Plumber to come to my home and help with this situation. Jonathan's professionalism, thoughtfulness and willingness to assist me today made a difficult situation much better. I am very thankful that he took my call today. Also, today Brennan Pilson of R. S. Andrews handled the back-up problem at my home. Brennan carefully diagnosed the situation and thoroughly explained the problem including showing me photos. He explained what is needed to correct this. He gave me suggestions to help prevent another occurrence and offered to answer questions I or a family member might have. A unique bathroom sink faucet had a small leak requiring a special part. I had bought it as part of a bathroom renovation 20 years ago and didn't know the name or the manufacturer. Before James could do the repair, he had to search the internet to find the name of the faucet and then locate the part. He did both and was able to do the repair, leaving everything in pristine condition.
