Yes, Loren Palmer from RS Andrews – Atlanta did an excellent job. RS Andrews was able to add me to their schedule, and Loren arrived late afternoon and got to work immediately. He took the time to listen carefully to what I was experiencing and explained each step as he went along. Loren first attempted to clear the sewer line using a sewer machine. When that approach didn’t fully resolve the issue, he did not rush to worst-case assumptions or try to upsell an unnecessary full line replacement. Instead, he thoughtfully recommended the next logical step: using a jetter followed by a camera to accurately pinpoint the source of the problem. Unfortunately, a jetter was not readily available through RS Andrews at that time. However, by this point, Loren had fully earned my trust through his honesty, professionalism, and clear expertise. I did end up using another company to complete the work, and Loren was exactly right—a jetter was used, a camera identified the issue, and the problem was located and addressed in under an hour. I truly appreciate Loren’s integrity, diagnostic skills, and customer-focused approach. Even though RS Andrews couldn’t complete the final step due to equipment availability, Loren’s guidance saved me time, stress, and potentially unnecessary expense. I would absolutely recommend Loren Palmer to anyone needing sewer or plumbing assistance.
