Called to get an appointment for one of my heating units that was not coming on (during a cold snap). Fortunately I could get an appointment with the technician who performs my routine maintenance, every spring and fall. . My appointment was for a four hour window the next business day. I received a call and a text of my technician, Ivan, arriving at the beginning of that four hour window. After his arrival we discussed the situation. He analyzed the situation and explained to me why the unit was not working properly. A blower motor was not working. Ivan ordered the part(s) and will be installed as soon as they come in. Pleased for a quick turnaround appointment and a quick answer to my concerns. RS Andrews works hard to keep their customers smiling.
