11/13/2025 : Jonathan who usually provides furnace /air conditioner maintenance for my home helped me with a back-up emergency today. Even though it was his day off Jonathan made arrangements for an R. S. Andrews Plumber to come to my home and help with this situation. Jonathan's professionalism, thoughtfulness and willingness to assist me today made a difficult situation much better. I am very thankful that he took my call today. Also, today Brennan Pilson of R. S. Andrews handled the back-up problem at my home. Brennan carefully diagnosed the situation and thoroughly explained the problem including showing me photos. Set an appointment for today about six weeks ago. Received a text three days before my scheduled appointment. Nice reminder heads up. The morning of the appointment I received a text from my technician, Ivan, that he was on his way. Ivan was even early of the suggested appointment window. Ivan performed service on my three HVAC systems.
