Great experience with RS Andrews. Jason did a great job - he was up front and did the job well. We’ll definitely consider using them again for future needs and projects. Update: Had to call RSA again today for an emergency and Daniel responded right away. He was efficient, understanding, and made steps towards solving a bigger problem with another company that caused the plumbing problem. Absolutely happy with the job done today and will continue to use RSA for present and future needs. Update: Daniel came back today to fix the plumbing problem after another company caused the issue. Daniel was amazing. He was efficient, friendly, and clearly an excellent plumber. I’m so happy with the job he’s done and will request him any time we have a plumbing issue. Update: Had to call Daniel to come and fix a cracked pipe and hose bib. He changed the outdated gate valves with ball valves and he replaced our PRC for us...he did this all the same day I contacted him. Daniel is my go-to for plumbing - highly recommend him. He's trustworthy and does a thorough and excellent job every time.

James Roche Jr, was the service tech that came out to my house and he did an excellent job. He was replacing my water heater, but ended up facing numerous obstacles while trying to do the job. He was able to conquer each one without complaining, and he worked straight through the day without taking a break. I’m sure he could have used some help because it was a lot, but he handled everything by himself and got it done. I appreciated his persistence and dedication to his work. What a phenomenal employee!!

Maintnance done on both systems in thoroughly and explained one may need a capacitor in the future as both systems only 2 years old.

My electrician, Obed, from RS Andrews diagnosed a problem with loss of power by a switch in my main that tripped. The repair was diagnosed and quickly and efficiently repaired in addition to upgrading an outdoor outlet that needed a correct device. I continue to use RS Andrews to solve any electrical problems that come up in my home. RS Andrews has the most reliable service techs in my experience.

We've been working with RS Andrews for a long time...more than 10 years. Frankly, I sort of surprised to say that we have NEVER had anything other than outstanding service. Just recently we had a minor gas leak. We discovered it at 10 pm Saturday. I put a 'request' in to their website not expecting to hear from them until Monday, but they contacted us Sunday morning, sent someone over, and the problem was fixed before noon. If you're seeking and HVAC/plumbing/electrical etc. company, use them. You definitely will not be disappointed!

I called David at RS Andrews to help fix a leak caused by another plumber. He immediately knew what the problem was and helped fix the issue. He was very professional and I would definitely use him again. I will not make the mistake of using another plumbing company.

Richard was very nice, professional and answered all my questions about different electrical issues. We only had a consult/estimate, no work done yet.
