Mr. Jose Sanchez was very effective and professional. He put the correct size of belt on my attic fan as soon as he had noticed the previous one was broken. Then, he told me that was possible to replace my 71 years old fan by a newer one that was more effective and quieter. (I did not know that a newer model was available). He noticed too that insulating now my attic would cool my rooms in Summer and warm them in Winter. I will consider his suggestions to update my home cooling!
