Neil Johnson is the very best. He is courteous, efficient, thorough, an excellent communicator. Neil did a wonderful job in restoring my Rennai Tankless Water Heater, taking it apart, cleaning all of its elements and flushing the unit. He also advised that I think about upgrading to a new Rennai System within the next year or so, since this one is about 21 years old. Thank you Neil !!
