Service tech Michael Powell was here for AC maintenance. I told him about the persistent mechanical smell coming from the vents throughout the house when AC is on. He had some ideas and did his inspection. He found a couple things that may be causing the issue. This is a new HVAC system in which this should not be happening. Thank you.

If you want a great Service from people who care RS Andrews is the place. We’ve contracted them for several things. This is my first time ever doing a review. They did an insulation job in the roof. our home immediately had a great balance in the temperatures in every room. Yes, every room has the same temperature now and I was able to turn The air conditioner from 72 to 76! And it’s 88 outside today and my home is comfortable. Thanks again, guys’
