Victor was Awesome! He took enough time with me to show me how to program my thermostat, which I didn't know I could do, so he saved us from buying a new one...and he was thorough in the maintenance check and made sure I was good with everything before he left. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Pau Sum did an outstanding job at my home. He installed three faucets, two toilets, a new shower head, and new shower faucets, and everything was done perfectly. Pau was extremely professional, kind, and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and working well before he left. It’s not always easy to find someone who does excellent work and is also such a genuinely pleasant person. I highly recommend Pau Sum and RS Andrews Plumbing.
