Loren was very professional and courteous. He was here for a bit to make sure the slow drain and leaks were fixed. He even checked the pipes in the crawl space and septic tank for backups. I will definitely call RS Andrew’s again for any plumbing issues.

Paul Creel did a great job assessing the problem and explaining what had to be done. Leak was found between street and water meter so we had to contact the county water company to have it fixed.
