Outstanding job. Got me all set up for a new HVAC system at pretty good price.

This company is truly dedicated to providing quality service. Importantly, they live up to their maintenance agreements. And, if all their service technicians are like Drew, who came out today, you can count on an honest day's work for an honest day's pay. He is a very nice young man and he knows his business. I rest a little easier at night, and on weekends, knowing R.S Andrews service is available 24/7.

Service tech Michael Powell was here for AC maintenance. I told him about the persistent mechanical smell coming from the vents throughout the house when AC is on. He had some ideas and did his inspection. He found a couple things that may be causing the issue. This is a new HVAC system in which this should not be happening. Thank you.

On time, nice, efficient

Teyon and his apprentice were great, very professional, thorough, and efficient. While they couldn't fix the problem during this visit, they explained the problem in detail and advised me on the next steps. Their effort is much appreciated!

Kwame Kilgore was extremely efficient and explained everything . He also made suggestions for better operations and improvements to the attic. We were very happy with his work, he was a pleasure to meet and very courteous.He made a replacement of a part and confirmed the part was under warranty, saving us some money

I had another great experience with R.S. Andrews today! Blake Crosby came out to perform routine maintenance on my two furnaces, and once again, he provided excellent service.
Blake previously serviced my air conditioning system earlier this year, and I was happy to see a familiar face. Each time he's visited, he's been extremely professional, polite, personable, and knowledgeable.
What I appreciate most about Blake is his ability to explain everything clearly. He takes the time to discuss any issues, recommended repairs, and associated costs. He's transparent, honest, and never makes me feel pressured to purchase additional products or services.
I also appreciate the consistency of having the same technician return. As a homeowner, it's reassuring to have someone familiar with my systems and whom I feel comfortable welcoming into my home.

Brian was here for the bulk of two days to help us identify a weird "sewage smell." He quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue, worked hard to address it, and then fixed everything to our complete satisfaction! Brian was awesome!
