Saturday at 5:30pm, my mom returned home to a flooded basement. RS Andrews quickly responded to my call; they sent out a fabulous plumber, Ezequial Soto! Ezequial was personable and efficient, not only diagnosing the source and repairing it, but also providing the name of a restoration company. The charge was quite reasonable, again, it was Saturday night. RS Andrews and specifically, Ezequial, have been added to our contacts! THANK YOU, Ezequial, for service of excellence!!!

The repair rep arrived on time and repaired the leak I had near my water meter within less than 2 hours. So far, I haven't noticed any more issues with the leak and hopefully my water bill will go back to normal.

Our AC stopped blowing and we called several places. RS Andrews and a competitor were the only ones who could get out to look at it within 24 hours. The competitor diagnosed the issue then quoted us $2600 for the replacement part. Our RS Andrews technician was Drew and he was really nice.
He explained the issue and how our system was still under warranty so all we needed to do was pay for his visit and the part is covered! He also said the other company shouldn’t have quoted that because the industry knows theses systems warranty lengths. Thank goodness for RS Andrews—an honest company with honest employees!

Mohammed came to our home to figure out what was wrong with our air conditioner. It took him a short time to discover that our fan/blower motor was bad and no longer working. He discussed with me my options which I thoroughly appreciated. Mohammed was the nicest repairman that I’ve ever worked with. He was also very professional and knowledgeable on HVAC maintenance and repair. He explained everything in layman’s terms which made feel much more comfortable in helping me to understand my options. We have a leak in one of our bathrooms. Kyle very patiently listened to me and what I thought might be the issue. He had to cut drywall but did it neatly in a perfect square so I could put it back on my own. Unfortunately it turned out to be a bigger problem than anticipated but he referred a remediation company.
