Michael came out today to perform HVAC maintenance. From the time he arrived he was very professional and even put on shoe covers upon entering the home. Michael took his time answered all of my questions, gave suggestions and explained everything he was doing. I appreciate technicians of this magnitude. Keep up the great work Michael 👍🏾

My hot water heater went out in the evening. I called R. S. Andrews. This is my first time dealing with them. Next day Todd arrived on time and was very professional. He replaced my hot water heater in less than two hours and did a great job. I was very impressed with his product knowledge, not only his product line, but also with the system he was replacing, which R. S. Andrews does not carry. I highly recommend their products and services. Second Review: Dec. 2025 Hey RS Andrews, so you know, Ivan did a great job. He arrived on time, performed a routine maintenance check. He gave us some good advice for us to watch for in maintaining our system. He also told us about the special deal offered by you guys for heating and air conditioning. We signed up for it. Ivan was professional and friendly. He's a great representative for R.S. Andrews. Third Review May 2026 This was our Spring maintenance for our HVAC unit. Drew came out as scheduled. We even got a courtesy call before he arrived. Drew was very polite and went straight to work. He checked it out and replaced the air filter. He was very professional and a good representative for RS Andrews. In addition we signed up for their maintenance program for the next year as well.

Neil did a spectacular job repairing our main water line leak. We had struggled for months trying to locate an underground leak, and on the day it was located, we scheduled Neil for a last minute visit. He literally dug in, uncovered and repaired the leak. Highly recommended, a personable and knowledgeable individual.

Michael Powell is a knowledgeable and friendly technician. Every time he's come to our home for service and maintenance, he's always professional, takes his time and explains what he's doing. He also makes suggestions and answers any and all questions you might have. I defiantly recommend Michael Powell and want to continue to use him as our trusted HVAC technician.

They contacted me and refunded the trip charge! When I called, I told them exactly what I needed done. Instead of telling me they couldn’t do that, they sent a plumbing technician to my house anyway, and then charged me a $99 trip charge. The technician told me they couldn’t do what I needed, and when I called twice to request a refund, the person I needed to talk to wasn’t available and hasn’t called me back.

Once again, Ivan is THE MAN!!
