Working with R S Andrews is always a breath of fresh air. The technician-James Neal, was excellent!!! He was very personable, thorough and informative. Working in the heat, he went right to work finding out the problem, explained his findings and fixed it in less than 1 hour! I now have air and am very happy! He reviewed and explained his findings again and emailed them to me. I highly recommend R.S.Andrews for your heating and air needs!!!

I would highly recommend this HVAC company. The tech, Muhammad Shah was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He was also pleasant and explained info well. He wasn’t able to fully repair the issue today but provided a temporary solution until it can be resolved next week.
