Waqas Shafqat did an excellent job at my house today. He took time to explain to me the steps we needed to take to get my air conditioner to cool properly. I will definitely ask for Waqas next time.

Max from RS Andrews came by to help trouble shot a kitchen circuit. He was very professional and thorough. He suggested several alternatives, including simply rearranging some of my countertop appliances. He solved the mystery. Very satisfied. I will definitely call RS Andrews again and ask for Max!

He even informed me about my water pressure being too high even though I had the PRV replaced in October, so I hurriedly contacted the plumber. I called two months in advance (I wanted to make sure I beat any last minute rush) for my annual AC maintenance. A week before the set date I was informed of the upcoming visit. The day of the appointment I was notified by text that the technician, Ivan, was on his way. The window appointment time was 8-10 AM. Ivan arrived at 8 AM. I currently have a service agreement that helps in the overall cost of routine maintenance. Ivan checked out all three of my AC systems thoroughly. Fortunately all units were in good shape with only air filters needed. Ivan has been my go to technician for many years now. He is courteous, professional, and honest. He is respectful of my home. He addresses my concerns and looks out for my budget, but also looks out for that fact my systems are in top working shape. Thank you Ivan and RS Andrews.

Michael came out today to perform HVAC maintenance. From the time he arrived he was very professional and even put on shoe covers upon entering the home. Michael took his time answered all of my questions, gave suggestions and explained everything he was doing. I appreciate technicians of this magnitude. Keep up the great work Michael 👍🏾
