Kwame was very workmanlike and professional in his review of the issues with the furnace. He asked questions, then went about his work efficiently. He reported his findings to me at the end and asked if there were any other concerns. You cannot really ask for more. He did a great job.

He explained everything in plain language, which I really appreciated, and recommended Archer Restoration to handle the mitigation and restoration. He even called them on my behalf, explained exactly what he had found, and made sure I had the necessary paperwork to send to my homeowners insurance claim adjuster.

I was very happy with David Rosati. Me and my family were very unhappy with our unit shutting down in the middle of the hottest time of the year. But I will say David Rosati made me feel a lot better. It's hard to trust techs of any kind, but I will say that I trust David Rosati! I'm was very happy with him.
