Recently I had Drew Johnson of R.S. Andrews in my home to perform a yearly HVAC maintenance check. I found Drew to be prompt, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what the maintenance involves and why. After he finished, he asked if I had any questions and if there was anything else he could do for me. I was very pleased with his work and I rate his performance 100%!
