Brian arrived early. He assessed the problem and tried to solve it. Ultimately, he realized a more comprehensive method needed to be used, and he did it. Success!
He then checked the water heater and valves and noted potential problems, offering suggestions to alleviate them BEFORE an emergency occurs.
