My technician, Drew Johnson, provided exceptional service at my home today. He was professional, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. He took the time to help educate me on my heating and air system. After fixing the primary problem, a pipe clog, he went above and beyond to check my outside air unit. He encouraged me to buy the maintenance plan because I was worried about the age of my system. And now, I have better peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Drew to repair anything for customers.

Carlos Perrymond -Very professional, thorough. Good tutorial about HVAC. New system for 2nd floor working beautifully. Cleans up well after. His work partner Dennis assembled the new AC and had it working in short order. Travis from Quality Control looked over the results and was content with the results. RS Andrews has taken good care of us for almost 10yrs. A well run operation.

Our HVAC system hasn't been serviced for several years so I scheduled R.S. Andrews for an inspection. Calvin was very good at his job and makes a great impression for the company. He made some repairs to our AC unit and we look forward to his return this fall to service the heater part of our HVAC system.

Received our fall maintenance of the furnaces this afternoon. Serviceman arrived quickly and early to do the work. Very, very professional and answered all of our questions. Did the maintenance efficiently and effectively. Could not ask for better service. We have trusted RS Andrews for over 10 years now and they have never let us down. I would definitely recommend them.
