Customer requested temperature be adjusted to 120 from existing temp of 140, states gas bill is increased. Also has trouble getting hot water to hall bathroom, as well as kitchen. recommend a booster to assist hot water flow to kitchen as well as hallway bath.

Estimate on replacing cast iron sewer line in crawl space and to septic tank,that catches the sink in the kitchen dishwasher and laundry room with PVC .The septic tank is 40 feet from the front porch and has a offset this required use to dig the front yard up and the front sidewalk up .We are not responsible for any landscape or putting the sidewalk back.Quote doesn't include the vent stacks through the roof.

Checked air conditioner unit for proper drainage. Poured cleaner down drain line and cleared.The drain line from evaporator coil drains into a 2" drain that is coming up from slab. I turned on water from different rooms to try and see if I could get the drain to back up and overflow.Everything seemed to drain properly with no issues. Checked freon pressures and they were fine.
