We checked motor for the attic fan. Found attic fan motor seized. Furnished, wired, and replaced said attic fan. Temperature has been set on 95.

Furnished, wired, and installed 2 switches and switchlegs for Undercabinet lights in the kitchen. Wired and installed customer provided Undercabinet lights in said kitchen. Performed panel maintenance and tightened all connections. We had to cut Sheetrock. We do not patch any Sheetrock that we cut.

Replaced pressure reducing valve. Set pressure to 60 psi. Tested for leaks and non found. Replaced expansion tank. Pumped up to 60 psi. Tested and no leaks. Replaced the gas to both furnaces so that black iron comes out of the furnace per code. Cleared master bath left side sink. Found hair in the drain. Drains good with no gurgling.

We troubleshot and fixed reversed polarity issue on the outlets in the basement. We troubleshot and fixed non gfi protected outlets at the front and back of home. We furnished, wired, and installed a gfi in the garage to replace exposed wiring. We performed panel maintenance and tightened all connections. We furnished, wired, and replaced a total of 3 breakers that were installed improperly. During panel maintenance, we found bundled up neutrals which is against code. We furnished, wired, and installed an additional neutral bar and separated said neutrals.

Customer has a house standing pressure of 105PSI from PRV (Pressure Regulating Valve). Replaced the single port 3/4" PRV with a new 3/4" duel port PRV. Replaced the T&P valve on the 50 gallon gas water heater. There is a one year warranty on both items. All tested great with no leaks. Pressure is now at 60PSI.

Rechecked charge on equipment-running 311/99 which is within the specs for a 42-46 degree day. would like to recheck charge in cooling mode on a day above 70 degrees. adjusted air flow for living room to 1200 cfm to improve capacity and efficiency for this zone. after adding up duct work on this zone it may be necessary to make changes to how the air is being delivered.
