My 2-year-old AC failed due to shoddy workmanship by the installer (not R.S. Andrews). Humberto came out on a Saturday and was able to find and repair the problem, and also found and fixed some other issues with the installation. The cost was also less than I was expecting. Extremely pleased with the service!
