Jack - Lawrenceville, GA 30043
I was not satisfied with the price quoted by the technician for the four jobs we requested. Price was based on company price sheet not technician pricing. Thought it w as extremely high. Had someone with me at time and agreed to have worked done but complained about price. After work was completed and technician left I was still upset at price and called office. After sharing the experience they agreed to work with me in reducing some areas of the service that were out of line.
Nice tech good service.

This is a rental property and I've had problems several times. I only call R.S. Andrews because they come quickly, charge very fairly and trust me as a landlord to pay but only after the job is finished. They have always done a perfect job.
My experience was awesome.

cdburgerjr - Lawrenceville, GA 30043
An improper install of a basement bath drain showed itself, and I was very glad at how easy it was to work with RS Andrews to get the problem resolved. The job entailed digging up concrete and putting the pipe back the way it should have been. The technician came out quickly for the initial estimate, and did the job on time as expected. I also appreciate that he took the time to explain and educate. I feel much better knowing the pipe is now fixed RIGHT.
Response from RS Andrews:
Thank you very much for your review!
Prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable service
cdburgerjr - Lawrenceville, GA 30043
I have used RS Andrews for annual HVAC maintenance since 1997. Units are inspected and service every year. I very much appreciate the technicians who are efficient and also take the time to answer questions. I really like when they show me how stuff works, how the safeties work, and so one. The technicians will really test the furnace operation by defeating some part of the system and seeing if a safety switch will catch it and turn off the furnace. I like that.

Performed a home inspection.
Jason H.
Performed an inspection on the electrical system since the tenants had an electrical bill of 600 dollars. Found everything tight in the panel. Found correct voltage and amperage at all connections. Found and replaced the heat pump breaker that was oversized for the heat pump. Found the gfi at the back of the home to be damaged and replaced it with a weather resistant gfi. Outlets that the tenant said were not working are switched outlets. From what the tenant stated, it seems to us that the heat pump stopped getting power from a damaged breaker and therefore the fan was not working. They dropped the temperature down which made the compressor work harder to try to get the temperature down to cool the home. If issue continues, we recommend having the customers hvac company investigate further since the electric is as it should be. Homeowner lives out of town. Said we have the credit card on file.
