We furnished, wired, and Installed a breaker to separate double tapped breaker code violation. We separated the neutrals as required by code since they were multiple wires per screw. We furnished, wired, and replaced a tandem breaker as required by code since it was over-sized and the wrong type. We furnished and installed 2 connectors on wires coming into the panel as required by code.

We furnished, wired, and replaced the 2 lights at the back of the home with 175 watt equivalent LED floodlights. Troubleshot 2 outlets, 1 per sons room, that had no neutral. Furnished, wired, and replaced said outlets as the wires were loose. Outlets work as they should now.

Furnace not heating. Found system in attic has zone system. Air handler is running on heat strips only. When temp outside is low heat strips alone can not keep up with temp in home. Heat-pump not running due to low freon.

SERVICE CALL: bathe Gas furnace York is 16 Years old was not working properly due to lack of maintenance on the Unit. Flame sensors was full of carbon build up plus inducer motor is overheating. Performed one time tune up clean flame sensor, filter is ok, test heat mode, test all safety components. Due to Aged And Conditions I recommend to Upgrade the system.

Located leak in yard at meter. Cut out broken (sharkbite fitting ) 3/4" female sharkbite used as transition fitting from cpvc to pvc. Installed 3/4" cpvc FIP. tested no leaks found. Back filled waterline .
